Recently, the Literary and Art Program Center of the Central Radio and Television Corporation purchased the audio right to use the long-form reportage "Milk Lady" by Tang Minghua, a famous writer in our city, which means that since the establishment of Weihai as a prefecture-level city, the Central People's Radio will broadcast literary works reflecting the history of the Weihai Revolution and the red legend for the first time.
The long-form reportage "Milk Lady" tells that during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, in order to save the children of revolutionary soldiers who neglected to care, more than 300 peasant women stepped forward and were ordered to die. In the extremely cruel war environment, they have fed 1223 revolutionary descendants with bloody milk without any casualties.
In January 2021, China Writers magazine published "Milk Lady" with the headline, and said on the mobile phone client that the work was "a masterpiece dedicated to the centenary of the founding of the Party."

In July of the same year, the Anhui People's Publishing House and the Shandong People's Publishing House jointly held the launch ceremony of "Milk Lady" after the opening ceremony of the 30th National Book Fair, and the "Learning to Strengthen the Country" platform of the Central Propaganda Department was jointly launched. It is reported that this is the first time in the history of the two publishing houses.
The book adopts the form of integrated media publishing, which integrates audio, video, radio drama, picture collection, media report, VR panorama and other forms. This is still relatively new in reportage books.

After the publication of the work, it was well received by the industry and attracted wide attention. In the same month, "Milk Lady" was listed in the "Hundred Good Books List and Monthly List"; subsequently, it was selected into the "2021 Supplementary Bibliography of Rural Bookstores" of the State Press and Publication Administration; the "China Reading News" and "Newspaper Digest" were also excerpted and forwarded; at the end of the year, it was selected into the "2021 China Reportage Selection"; at the same time, the Institute of Reportage Literature of Jining Vocational and Technical College authoritatively released the "2021 National Excellent Reportage Literature Reading Recommended List", and "Milk Lady" was also listed.
In February this year, "Milk Lady" was listed in the "2021 100 Original Good Books List and Annual List". The annual list is a summary list of recommended data of the Baidao Book Influence Data Platform for nearly 140,000 books published by more than 500 publishing houses in 2021 and circulated on the Internet, and is known as the "Good Book Recommendation List".
