Traditional Chinese festivals are an important part of the long history and culture of the Chinese nation, and are the process of long-term accumulation and cohesion of the history and culture of a nation or country. In order to let students have a preliminary understanding of the cultural connotations contained in traditional Chinese festivals, experience the touching and profound red legends, trace the red footprints of the ancestors, and stimulate students' reverence for patriotic ancestors and love for classic culture, the first grade of the primary school of the 11th Division of the Second Middle School of the Corps on the eve of the Qingming Festival organized a pencil writing competition of "Inheriting Red Culture and Writing the Classics of the Times".

During the competition, the students clutched the pencils with their young hands and carefully wrote on the rich Chinese-style paper: "Don't forget to dig wells, always miss Chairman Mao..." Small squares, thin nibs, one by one depict a different kind of red, the meaning of Chinese characters is long and engraved into their young hearts.

Write the classics of the times

The students carefully wrote every stroke and every Chinese character, and felt with their hearts that the great leader Comrade Mao Zedong personally led the soldiers and villagers to dig a well in order to let the local villagers eat sweet well water, and solved the problem of local villagers' difficulty in drinking water. The touching red legend in the text, the red revolutionary spirit of sincerity and loyalty, flowed freely on the tip of the pen... The writing works are full of students' reverence for patriotic ancestors and the pursuit of classic culture.

Awards

After the competition, the First Grade Group Chinese teachers carefully selected all the writing works and awarded the first, second and third prizes.

Through the activity of "Inheriting Red Culture and Writing Classics of the Times", students not only learned about the beauty of Chinese character structure and shape, but also relived the legendary story of Red. After the scenery is clear, the cloud mountain is in front of it. Every time I look back at history, it is for a new departure, let the red gene be integrated into the blood, and let the heroic spirit be passed on!
