The exhibition features more than 340 works from the three grades of the School of Art, Design and Media. Among them, two pen sketches are based on the main theme of the movies "King Kong River" and "Chosin Lake", with meticulous brush strokes, which attract the attention of teachers and students. Tu Yuheng, the author of the two sketches and a first-year student majoring in visual communication, said, "These two films deeply shocked me in my heart, and I also deeply feel that the happy life of our generation is not easy to come by, and I hope to restore the heroic image in the film with a pen." ”

A red cultural team led by Yang Qi and Wang Peng, teachers of the college, went to many museums, revolutionary sites and memorial halls in Wuhan and Hong'an last summer, combining regional characteristics and red elements to create a series of cultural and creative products, such as exquisite calendars and water cups, etc., integrating red culture into daily necessities and giving contemporary youth insight and creativity. During the course of their hands-on research, the students also photographed a number of buildings and used them as material to create hand-painted postcards.

Some of the students' coursework, such as cloisonné, pottery, decorative paintings and other forms of red theme works, were also exhibited. Each major integrates ideological and political education into curriculum guidance and special assignments, and professional teachers guide students to complete it in different art forms.
