The inscription not only records a large amount of daily historical and cultural information of society, but more importantly, it praises and records the merits of great historical figures, and such historical memory is an important source and gene for casting the soul of our nation.

The Jinci Temple has preserved 218 Plaques of The YangLian since the Song Dynasty (one of which has a text on the front and back of the Yanglian), of which 55 are Yanglian and 163 plaques, most of which are handwritten by famous artists. Or narrative painting, the meaning is deep and long; or the calligraphy is vigorous, simple and elegant. There are about 400 stele, the earliest engraved in Northern Qi, the Tang Dynasty, Song (Jin), Yuan, Ming, Qing, Republic of China, and modern times. These inscriptions listed in the ancestral hall and stele gallery of the Jinci Ancestral Hall add an extremely simple, thick, elegant and rich historical and cultural atmosphere to the Jinci Temple, making the Jinci Temple more solemn, graceful and luxurious, and the atmosphere magnificent.
In 2022, the Jinci Museum will display the plaques and stele stone carvings in the museum through the thematic form of "Jinci Symbols", so that you can watch and understand the humanistic memories of these histories at close range without leaving your home.
