Introduction to Huang Bingzhong
Huang Bingzhong, male, from Dingyuan, Anhui Province, was born in January 1958, enlisted in the army in February 1976, and joined the party in July 1978. After enlisting in the army, he has been serving in the 7th Division of the Railway Corps of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. In 1984, it was reorganized into a military project and has been serving in the 17th Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. He retired in 2018. Before his retirement, he was the deputy secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of China Railway 17th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and the director of the Calligraphy Association of the group company. His calligraphy works have won the third prize of the Calligraphy Exhibition of China Railway Construction Co., Ltd.
He is currently the vice president of Sanli Calligraphy and Painting Institute affiliated to Shanxi Provincial Elderly Calligraphy Association.
