"Yao Hua Blossom" is a new singing work of Yao Song based on the classic lyrics of Yao Song "December Flower". The work won the grand prize of the 2020 Yao Folk Song Micro Video Competition of Ruyuan and was selected as a campus textbook. "Nian Dang En" set a precedent for the new singing of Yao folk songs in the Yao and Han bilingual singing. As a national intangible cultural heritage of Ruyuan, Yao folk songs have distinct regional characteristics and folk connotations.
