Perhaps the wording "last" is debatable, but the Easter egg is indeed hidden deeply, and it takes seven years in the game to see the results, and the Doctor takes you to see it.
Of course, to introduce this Easter egg, you must mention a side quest, which is a spoiler for players who have not yet played "The Witcher 3", so pay attention to it. The Witcher 3 launched the DLC "Blood and Wine" in May 2016, with the side quest "Knight's Love Story" impressive.
