Of course, in the best period of sales, Langyi can also achieve monthly sales of 40,000 or 50,000 new cars, so this achievement of Langyi in February is compared with its previous sales, in fact, it can only be regarded as average. All in all, we once again congratulate Langyi on regaining the "laurel" of the first place in the sales volume of the compact sedan market.
Second place, Nissan Xuanyi

Xuanyi's performance in February was not good, with only 24,428 new cars on the insurance volume, slightly lower than volkswagen Langyi, and this sales performance also brought its ranking to the second place in the compact car market. In addition, it is worth mentioning that Xuanyi's sales data in February increased by -10.49% year-on-year, which shows that Xuanyi's heat in the market is fading.
From the perspective of the product itself, Xuanyi has a high appearance value, the interior design is still quite warm, plus the seat is comfortable, the space is large, and the power side has also achieved the balance between performance and fuel consumption, so there is actually no problem in terms of product strength. As for why Xuanyi lost the championship of compact cars in February, we think it may also be related to the reasons for Nissan's global production cuts.
Third place, BYD Qin PLUS
February sales: 13,046 units
Year-on-year growth: None
BYD Qin PLUS is a new model launched in March 2021, so in terms of year-on-year growth, we can't see its specific sales data at present. However, in the past February, BYD Qin PLUS has handed over a sales report card of 13,046 new cars, which has also successfully made Qin PLUS the largest "dark horse" model in the compact car market.
Many people may wonder why BYD Qin PLUS suddenly rushed to the top three in compact car sales. In our view, with the addition of DM-i and pure electric power systems, as well as the good appearance and large space performance of Qin PLUS itself, these are the reasons why Qin PLUS can be sold. Finally, new energy vehicles have become more and more popular with the Chinese people, so many people buy cars just to go with the trend.
Fourth place, Toyota Corolla

Coming to fourth place on the compact car list is the Toyota Corolla, which reached 13,046 new cars in February. Judging from the rankings, Corolla's performance seems to be OK, but if you look at its year-on-year growth data, you know that Corolla's sales data in February is much worse than the same period last year. After all, Corolla's year-on-year sales growth in February fell by -41.90%.
Of course, everyone's sales performance in February is actually not good, so Corolla's fourth place actually shows that there are still many Chinese people who are willing to start it. In short, I personally feel that Corolla is a well-behaved family grocery shopping car, if you want the car to be stable and drive for many years, then choose Corolla, after all, Toyota's quality is its "golden sign".
Fifth place, Volkswagen Sagittarius

Like Corolla, Volkswagen Sagittarius' sales in February also fell by -40.67% year-on-year. Specific to the February insurance volume data, Sagitar only handed over a report card on the sales of 12,052 new cars. Sagitar's previous sales have been good, in the minds of the Chinese, Sagittarius is also a more advanced Volkswagen than Langyi and Xuanyi, so Sagittarius has got a "more boutique" German Volkswagen name.
Nowadays, the new Sagitar has not yet been listed, and the product strength of the current Sagitar is relatively old, so the people who are willing to let go and buy it are naturally reduced. In short, Sagitar can rank fifth in the sales volume of compact cars in the market, which can also be seen that the Chinese people love it. However, from the perspective of the general trend, the market share of fuel vehicles is shrinking, so friends who want to buy a fuel car should seize it.
Finally, through today's analysis, we can see that the compact car market is still the largest domestic market segment, and then Chinese brands have not broken through the barriers of foreign brands in this market until BYD's plug-and-mix product debut.
