Healthy Sleep Tips:

1. Reduce the time spent lying in bed: Sleep more and shallow, it is not as good as sleeping less and really, so if you have sleep troubles, do not stay in bed for too long.

2. Bed is a place to sleep: please avoid reading, working, reading books, newspapers and magazines, smoking or watching TV in bed, sleep needs to cultivate atmosphere, so do not engage in brain-intensive activities in the two or three hours before going to bed, or remember the tedious work during the day. Computers, mobile phones, games, etc. may delay or interfere with sleep, and try to avoid using mobile phones, computers, games, etc. 1 hour before falling asleep.

5.
