For children and adolescents, due to weak psychological endurance, strain capacity, and less coping methods, they are more likely to be infected by various panic emotions, and various psychological discomforts and bad emotions will occur, and even cause some somatization symptoms. In the control area and the control area, many children and adolescents at home have developed negative emotions such as panic and anxiety.

Under the epidemic, how to improve children's psychological anti-epidemic ability?

First, keep your emotions stable, avoid reading for long periods of time, or discuss negative information that puts us in negative emotions, pay attention to self-regulation, change thoughts, and adjust behavior.

Second, maintain a healthy schedule, maintain a healthy sleep rhythm, go to bed early, get up early, don't look at your phone in the middle of the night, maintain a healthy diet, and maintain healthy hygiene at home.

Third, insist on exercising every day, explore your own way of exercising, broadcast gymnastics, mat exercise, eight dan jin, tai chi, yoga, etc.

Fourth, maintain learning inside and outside the classroom, use various network resources, study in a planned manner, and conscientiously participate in online courses and complete homework in accordance with the requirements of the school.

Fifth, improve the ability to judge information, do not believe in rumors, do not spread rumors, do not only look at the surface of the information, but make discriminating judgments based on the credibility of the information publisher, the supporting evidence and logic of the information, and avoid being misled by rumors.

Sixth, maintain interpersonal support, maintain positive contact with family, friends, classmates, etc. who cannot meet remotely, express concern for each other, and talk to relatives and friends when emotions fluctuate, which can provide emotional support for relatives and friends who are under excessive pressure.
