On May 13, the Nancun Town Public Utilities Service Center organized a monthly gas production safety inspection to inspect the gas production safety of all five gas enterprises in the jurisdiction.
The staff strictly checked the safety requirements of gas production, and successively checked the possible omissions or potential safety hazards in the production links and production environment of each enterprise in terms of gas storage, transportation, and filling, and checked the specifications and standards of gas tanks, safety indicators, safety alarm equipment, and fire-fighting equipment used in the production process. The staff shall issue a time-limited rectification notice to the relevant gas enterprise for the problems found during the inspection, and the relevant person in charge of the enterprise shall sign and confirm and complete the rectification within a limited time.
In addition to carrying out gas production safety inspections for gas production enterprises, Nancun Town also continues to carry out gas safety investigation and rectification actions on a regular basis, focusing on "problem gas, problem bottles, problem valves, problem hoses, problem pipe networks, and problem environments", inspecting the safe gas use of catering establishments using bottled liquefied petroleum gas facilities, strictly regulating gas production and operation behaviors, resolutely preventing gas and natural gas safety accidents, and effectively safeguarding the safety of people's lives and property.
