No decision has yet been made, but officials say the White House is considering whether to equip Ukraine with explosive-laden "cruise missiles," known as "switchblades," part of a new military aid program that President Biden is expected to discuss wednesday. There are two types of "spring knives", type 300 and type 600. The Type 300 was designed for precision strikers, while the larger Type 600 was designed to destroy tanks and armored vehicles.
