First, the actual law
This is the most commonly used method of pro-posting. This method is to put the model in front of you, write it with a brush (hard pen), and imitate the model character by observing and understanding the Fa Ti. At the beginning, you can read a stroke and write a word; when you are ready, you can read a few words or lines and write it, which is usually called the opposite. Every word and every line in the template has a skillful memory and understanding. You can write the whole post according to the impression, which is the back. The pro-post should be to the extent of the back. Because it can fully integrate the eyes, hands and brain and is very effective, it is widely used by every scholar.
2. Refer to the pro law
This method can be used without paper and pencil. For example, during the break between work, on the way of the train, you can use your fingers in the air or on objects such as tables and stools to "study" or "create" with the memory of the fan character. In this unique calligraphy study, it is often possible to deepen the understanding and grasp of the feel of holding the pen and the slowness of the pen. This method is not only adopted in contemporary times; even in the Qing Dynasty, there is an interesting history of Zheng Banqiao's use of his wife's body to learn characters when he sleeps, which is widely praised.

When studying the Fa-Ti, first look at the Fan Zi to deepen the understanding, and when the Fan Zi is written, there is a process of "practicing" or "releasing the shadow" of the Fan Zi in the mind, even if it is fleeting. This is the method of practicing the rhyme and mood of the Dharma. It is widely used by many writers. When studying the Fa Book, I do not seek to draw a picture of every word, but I do seek the overall charm to be vivid and natural. This is a creative method of practice that is not suitable for beginners.

Some books call it "jigu characters". Select the words in the Fa Ti for "transplant creation", or couplets, or banners, or fans, and can "arrow" the "double eagle" of the post and creation. The title of Wang Xi's book, The Order of the Holy Teachings, is composed of the characters of the monk Huai Ren ji Wang. This kind of practice method can effectively eliminate the tedious and psychological ills of the post, improve the interest and perception of the stele, and is a method that is deeply loved by the reader.

The traditional "copying complementary method" is the method of using a brush (hard pen) to copy first and then to come. Here I introduce a new "copying and complementarity method" that has quietly emerged in today's society - first use a hard pen to outline the "skeleton" of the fan character, and then use a brush to "add meat" to the "skeleton".
The "skeleton" copied first is the beautiful hard pen character of the knot, and then the stippling form shown by "adding flesh" is the "regeneration" process of the fan character. This method not only learns hard pen words, but also practices brush words. It's a great way to do it both simply and easily.
