Fan Xilun, born in Heilongjiang, is an ink landscape painter and a national senior artist. He is currently a member of the Artists Association of central state organs and the vice chairman of the National Committee of Calligraphy and Painting. CCTV is the first batch of historical and cultural inheritors in the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, a lifelong art consultant of the Calligraphy and Painting Working Committee of the Tibetan Art Network (Art Portal Network), and a CCTV Chinese Contemporary Virtue and Art Artist. The China Artists Association, the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee are specially awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist" in the centenary of the founding of the Party.
