Mr. Qiao called the Yuantong courier to ask what was going on, and the courier explained that the empty package may have been an online store in order to brush the order. Subsequently, Mr. Qiao called the sender of the package, Mr. Zeng, who said that the courier was a "gift box" sent by Mr. Qiao after he bought wine on Taobao.
