【CNMO News】At the MWC 2022 conference, TCL launched 30 series of 5 mobile phones, but also launched 3 tablets and 3 CPE routers. Three of the tablet devices are: TCL NXTPAPER MAX 10, TCL TAB 10 HD 4G and TCL TAB 10s 5G.
The 10.36-inch NXTPAPER MAX 10 features TCL's "paper" NXTPAPER LCD display technology, which focuses on eye protection through a combination of multiple layers of anti-blue light and anti-glare glass. TCL says the tablet is capable of delivering a "more comfortable and natural reading and writing experience." There are two models that can be bloody — Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi plus 4G LTE.
The 10.1-inch TCL Tab 10 HD 4G is an entertainment-centric device with an HD (1280 × 800) IPS screen, 8.7mm bezels, and a 82% screen ratio, and a 5500mAh battery that will provide one day's battery life, TCL said. In addition to 4G LTE, the device also offers Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) connectivity. The version with FHD (1920 × 1200) screens will be available in Asia in the middle of the second quarter of this year.
The 10.1-inch TAB 10s 5G is one of the first affordable tablets to support 5G connectivity. The NXTVISION screen has FHD (1920 × 1200) resolution, and the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek chipset with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a MicroSD card. The power supply is powered by an 8000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.
TCL also revealed another 5G tablet — the 2-in-1 TCL TAB PRO 12 5G with a "big display and ultra-fast 5G connectivity," but didn't provide more details.
In addition, TCL complements its MWC portfolio with three CPE (Customer Premise Device) routers: linkhub 5G CPE HH515 (first announced at CES), LINKZONE LTE CAT6 mobile Wi-Fi MW63 and LINKHUB LTE CAT6 home station HH63.
The LINKHUB 5G CPE HH515 is capable of delivering peak data rates of up to 4.7Gbps over sub-6GHz 5G and supports up to 256 connections via dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax). By supporting standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G networks. The HH515 router can support a variety of use cases in fixed-line areas (cloud-based gaming, live streaming, online education, home work) with poor Internet access. The router will be available in Europe in the first quarter of 2022, with pricing yet to be announced.
LinkZONE LTE CAT6 Mobile Wi-Fi MW63 is a "MiFi" type 4G device that offers download speeds of up to 300Mbps and up to 32 Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) connections in a portable form factor powered by a 2150mAh battery with 8 hours of operation and 300 hours of standby time.
The LINKHUB LTE CAT6 Home Station HH63 features a new "tiled" design that can provide up to 300Mbps for download and up to 32 Wi-Fi 5 connections. TCL's two eSIM-compatible 4G routers will be available in Europe in the second quarter of 2022.
Finally, TCL released a 5G mobile router, the LINKZONE 5G mobile Wi-Fi MW513, which will support mmWave as well as 5G bands below 6GHz, and will be launched "later this year".
