The first is to make every effort to ensure the safety of mothers and babies.
Improve the responsibility system and network for maternal and child safety. Further improve the "7+ 6" critically ill maternal and newborn consultation and rescue network, and use the municipal critically ill maternal consultation and rescue centers of Ruijin Hospital and Zhongshan Hospital.
Strengthen dynamic management. On the basis of ensuring the basic medical services for pregnant women and newborns during the normalization of the epidemic, strengthen the advance of the threshold, strengthen the risk assessment of pregnant women, strengthen the management of pregnant women who are not suitable for continuing pregnancy, so as to achieve dynamic, continuous and effective assessment of maternal pregnancy risks, and timely intervention guidance.
Strengthen relevant training. In view of factors such as advanced age, high risk, and changes in the disease spectrum, we will continue to strengthen the relevant training on common complications of pregnancy and highly fatal comorbidities. Explore the establishment of a three-level comprehensive prevention and treatment model for cervical cancer that links prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment, promote HPV vaccination, and continue to do a good job in screening women with retirement and difficulties in life. Promote projects for the management of bone health for menopausal and elderly women.
In 2021, the city focused on maternal and infant safety, service level improvement, and whole life cycle health management, and continued to enhance women's and children's sense of security, sense of gain, and happiness, and maternal and infant safety was fully protected.
In 2021, the city will incorporate maternal and newborn prevention and control into the new crown epidemic prevention and control and treatment system, issue and implement relevant documents such as epidemic prevention and control work in the field of maternal and child health, promote the construction of infectious disease prevention and control systems in obstetrics and gynecology and children's specialized hospitals, and do a good job in the follow-up management of special pregnant women and closed-loop management of pregnant women such as new crown pneumonia diagnosis, medical observation, centralized or home isolation. Strengthen maternal and infant safety management, strengthen multidisciplinary treatment, carry out full-coverage research and supervision of maternal and infant safety and flight inspection, ensure the implementation of norms such as maternal health care, family planning technical services, and the implementation of obstetric thromboprophylaxis expert consensus, and the success rate of critically ill pregnant women and critically ill newborns in the city has reached 99.5% and 92.6% respectively.
