An effective training is inseparable from the participation of psychological behavior. For high-intensity professional training, some fire rescue personnel can not avoid the emotions of eating or fearing difficulties, training to give themselves a psychological hint, "I can do, I can stick to the end..." in order to motivate themselves to overcome panic, fear, nervousness and other bad emotions, help focus attention, correct physical incongruity, irregular movements and other issues, so as to avoid possible training injuries caused by action mistakes.
Training without warm-up is dangerous training. In the spring, due to the influence of the weather, the elasticity and stretching of muscles and ligaments are significantly reduced, and the flexibility of the joints of the whole body is also affected, and if the activity is not sufficient, it is easy to cause muscle strains, ligament tears and even fractures. The warm-up activity can strengthen the muscle and ligament stretching function and flexibility, so that all parts and systems of the body gradually transition from the state of rest and inhibition to the state of excitement and tension, so as to prepare for the strong load during physical exercise. Training without relaxation is ineffective training.
In addition to warming up before training, relaxation after training is also particularly important, it has the effect of accelerating recovery and reducing fatigue, and is the best rest. After strenuous exercise, the muscles will secrete lactic acid, and the accumulation of lactic acid will cause sore muscles, affecting subsequent training. Massage and stretching can relieve muscle tension, accelerate lactic acid metabolism, restore physical functions, and do a good job of relaxation in the mood, which can promote the pleasure of the mood and can also have a good role in promoting the recovery of the body.
Physical training sweating is high, and water loss is large. In the cold winter, the physical function declines, and after training, you must not drink water or be greedy. Sudden cold will cause gastrointestinal blood vessels to constrict, which can easily cause dysfunction. At the same time, we should pay attention to healthy diet, as the saying goes, "three points of practice, seven points of eating", after training, we should supplement more foods containing protein and sugar to provide energy for the body, accelerate the recovery of the body, and promote muscle growth.
Training injury prevention and control work has a long way to go, we must let fire rescue personnel change from simple prevention to prevention and investigation, from passive injury treatment to active injury prevention and active rehabilitation, from the backbone of the main grasp to the self-defense group prevention of fire rescue personnel, and gradually change the training injury prevention and control mode.
