In order to ensure the orderly implementation of RCEP, Shanghai Customs has done its homework, and since the beginning of this year, it has carried out policy publicity for more than 700 family-based enterprises, visited key enterprises to carry out "one-on-one" counseling, and helped enterprises to know all the preferential policies; combined with measures such as the "Global Operator Program (GOP)" in the free trade zone, tailor-made "one enterprise, one policy" RCEP policy implementation plan for relevant enterprises, and guide enterprises to enjoy policy dividends in accordance with the law.
At present, more than 200 enterprises in the Shanghai Customs District have benefited from the RCEP tariff concessions. Mr. Tanaka, President of Fujifilm (China) Investment Co., Ltd., introduced: "After the implementation of RCEP, with the RCEP Japan Certificate of Origin, some of our imported products enjoy tax reductions, and even directly enjoy zero tariffs, which is conservatively estimated to save more than 5 million yuan in taxes throughout the year. ”

The hot-rolled coil of non-alloy steel imported from Japan by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., a leading domestic steel company, also enjoys tariff concessions. Xu Gang, deputy director of the company's transportation department, introduced: "We import hot-rolled coils of non-alloy steel from Japan every month, and after the RCEP takes effect, it is expected that more than 1.45 million yuan of tax relief will be reduced this year, which urges us to further expand the scale of imports." ”
The RCEP "circle of friends" is getting bigger and bigger, and enterprises are enjoying more and more tax cuts. On March 18, the RCEP will enter into force for Malaysia, and the number of countries with RCEP officially entering into force will reach 12, and the RCEP effect will be further expanded.
