"Uniforms are the exclusive identity of Olympic staff, technical officials and volunteers, and are an important carrier for disseminating the Olympic spirit, transmitting the concept of the host country, and displaying the cultural and development achievements of the host country." In Wu Hong's eyes, the work of uniform equipment for the Winter Olympics is a meaningful but arduous and long process, from the collection of design manuscripts to the final appearance of uniform equipment, after more than 500 days and nights, 8 rounds of layout optimization, and finally from 602 sets of works to select 2 alternatives. During the judging process, Wu Hong needs to frequently travel to dozens of cities such as Yantai, Qingdao, Dongguan, Yangzhou, etc., to the enterprises where the design is executed to design and produce works on the spot. "To make sure that everything that comes out can withstand scrutiny, although the process is very hard, but it is very exciting to experience and witness the whole process of the birth of the uniform equipment of the Winter Olympics."

Serving as a uniform equipment expert for the Winter Olympics requires speaking with strength, and Wu Hong, who has loved art since childhood, has worked extremely hard in his studies. In 1981, he was admitted to the Suzhou Silk Institute of Technology (now the School of Art and Design of Soochow University), which only enrolled 20 people in the country that year, but more than 3,000 people entered the re-examination, and the professional competition was very fierce. In his junior year, he was arranged by the school to study fashion design and became a teacher of fashion design. Wu Hong said: "China's first undergraduate training of fashion design majors began with us. ”

With solid professional qualities, Wu Hong gradually emerged in the professional field. In 1987, his works were awarded the "Excellent Works Category of the Hong Kong International Youth Fashion Design Competition"; in 1991, the costume works he designed won the "Gold Medal of the Leather Clothing Group of the First Beijing China Fashion And Apparel Expo" and the "Silver Medal of the Women's Clothing Group of the First Beijing China Fashion and Apparel Expo"; in 2002, Wu Hong successfully held a special "Tianshao" - Wu Hong Clothing Design Works Conference at the Shenzhen International Fashion Fair; in September 2006, As China's first clothing brand designer, Wu Hong released his design works at the main venue of Milan International Fashion Week.

Today, Wu Hong continues to devote himself to the preparatory work of the School of Creative Design of The Shanwei Campus of Huashi University. "Shanwei's traditional industries such as jewelry, textiles, shoes and hats, and decorative materials have a good foundation, and we hope to cultivate more innovative talents for Shanwei, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and build Huashi Creative Design College into an innovative talent training base with great cultural characteristics." Wu Hong expected. At present, the college has set up a vigorous and professionally competent teaching team, and the talent training program objectives and curriculum plans have been formulated.

On July 9, 2020, the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee, the Beijing Municipal People's Government and the Hebei Provincial People's Government jointly solicited the design of public artworks (mainly in the form of sculptures) for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, aiming to promote the construction of urban humanities and leave an important cultural heritage for the Beijing Winter Olympics. A total of 1611 application plans were submitted by 1313 applicants from more than 50 countries and regions in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Lin Shikai introduced that the work "Ice Source Force" takes the cursive "winter" character as the main body, carries out abstract changes in form, and integrates with the morphological characteristics of the speed skating track and the "ice ribbon", using the color change of the light belt to reflect the speed and passion on the track, showing the sportsmanship of the athletes who constantly break through themselves on the layered track. Currently, the work is exhibited at the Beijing Urban Planning Museum and has a permanent collection.

"I am very pleased to contribute to the Construction of the Winter Olympics and the National Public Arts Environment. My hometown has a rich cultural heritage, such as red culture, blue (ocean) culture, opera culture, and bunker culture, which provides an inexhaustible source of creation for my artistic creation. Lin Shikai said.

This is not the first time he has won a domestic award, the 27-year-old Lin Shikai has also won the winner of the Shanghai Lingang New Area Public Art Collection Competition (the highest award), the second prize of the "Nankong Holy Land Quzhou Youli" China Quzhou Public Art Scheme Global Solicitation, the bronze medal of the Graduation Creation and Lin Fengmian Creation Award of the China Academy of Art, and the Excellence Award of the Public Sculpture Creation Camp of the 2017 (Hui'an) International Sculpture Art Fair.

Broad-minded and approximate, thick and thin. In 2015, Lin Shikai was admitted to the public sculpture major of the Public Art Department of the China Academy of Art with the first place; in 2017, he traveled to Italy, France, the Vatican and other countries, during which he exchanged and studied at the Carrara Art Institute in Italy; in 2019, he was admitted to the Public Art Department of the China Academy of Art with the first place, and studied under Yang Qirui.

Although she has been studying in other places for many years, Lin Shikai is very concerned about the development of public art in her hometown. In his junior year, he participated in the sculpture creation project of the Shakeng Cultural Museum in Jiesheng Town, Shanwei City, and the large sculpture "Primitive Hunter" displayed at the entrance of the museum was written by him.

The domestic technical officer of the Winter Olympic Games, referred to as NTO, is a general term for the technical representatives, competition officials, referees and measurement officials of the event, and its selection is very strict, requiring training by the International Snow Federation and passing multiple rounds of examinations.

Opportunities are always left to those who are prepared. Chen Zhen's research direction during his graduate school years was the theory and practice of winter Olympic sports. In 2019, Chen Zhen participated in the sub-project of the Ministry of Science and Technology Winter Olympics Project "Key Technology Improvement Methods and Athlete Function Monitoring of U-shaped Skiing Projects", and entered the national team of freestyle skiing U-shaped venues as a scientific research coach. Assess physical fitness, predict sports injuries, conduct psychological counseling... In the past two years, Chen Zhen has provided perfect sports scientific research guarantees for athletes in the national team, penetrated into the training practice of athletes, and tracked them. "It all looks like it's for the 2022 Winter Olympics." Chen Zhen said.

During the event, Chen Zhen needs to cooperate with the sports teams of various countries to train on time, assist the rescue teams to conduct drills, and coordinate the smoothing and repair of the track, and is also responsible for inspecting and screening the traffic signs of different checkpoints, strictly controlling the entrances and exits of the ski tracks, maintaining the order and safety of the venue, and ensuring the safety of people and vehicles on the track. At five o'clock in the morning, Chen Zhen started the day's work, there was no rotation or lunch break, and working continuously for 8 to 10 hours was the norm. But in Chen Zhen's view, the work is not hard, but a sense of accomplishment. "It is the duty of the domestic technical officer of freestyle skiing to provide quality service for this event and to enable athletes to perform at their best on the field." Chen Zhen said.

As the Winter Olympics come to an end, Chen Zhen will also return to Lufeng No. 2 Vocational and Technical School after the end of the quarantine period to devote himself to daily teaching work. "Sports can not only enhance physical fitness, but also enhance the moral and will quality of individuals, and promote the all-round development of people." Chen Zhen hopes to use the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate in sports at the Beijing Winter Olympics to promote the development of the school's physical education cause, and pass on the sportsmanship and strength drawn from the Olympic athletes to the students, so that they have a stronger physique and excellent character on the road to growth.
