Relatively static, reduced flow, home to avoid the epidemic, nucleic acid screening of all staff, etc. have become the "keywords" and "main themes" before and after the Spring Festival. At one time, the enthusiasm of "preparing for the New Year" and the control of "epidemic prevention screening" made it difficult for people to calm down. In particular, the "idle people" group of "big rear" is even more uncertain. However, Mr. Wang Jinhou, an old painter over seventy years old, was optimistic about this rare quiet time, and his heart was like water, and he concentrated on painting creation. On weekdays, because he takes care of the organization and coordination of several art academies, there are many social activities. He was also hospitable and social, and always had friends from all over the world to visit and contact, which took up a lot of his own time. Before the epidemic tension, he had just returned to Tianjin from other places and isolated himself at home to thank guests, and immediately after the epidemic tension in Tianjin, he cancelled the original meeting and small gathering to continue to live at home to avoid the epidemic. He said that at our age, we cannot contribute to the frontline, nor can we add chaos to the frontline. Going out less and not gathering is also a worry for the country. Staying at home to avoid the epidemic is not staying, idle, always have to do something. So later we saw this group of paintings.
Mr. Wang Jinhou's Chinese paintings, whether it is figure paintings or landscape paintings, are quite well received by the public, and these group paintings are still based on Mr. Wang's sophisticated brushwork, elegant ink color, chic composition and interesting paintings. During the period of epidemic tension and home evacuation, Mr. Jin Hou was not impatient, not worried, not afraid, not annoyed, not lazy, not scattered, and actually created dozens of characters and landscape paintings (including some unpublished works). What I want to rely on is the word "determination", concentration is the guarantee of doing everything well, concentration is the key to making fewer mistakes, and concentration is also an excellent character of a person. This seems to be a little far away, otherwise, without the "determination" of the old gentleman, it would be difficult to have the "gain" of a batch of paintings, and we would not have seen these vivid pictures.
