Just after New Year's Day, a classic text reading program "Sven Jiangnan" appeared on Oriental Satellite TV.

Oriental Satellite TV determined that the name of the show was "Sven Jiangnan". "We have to solve a few problems first. Big Gangnam or Little Gangnam? Interior or exterior? How to design the main scenery to reflect the feelings of Jiangnan? Executive producer Wang Tianying said.

The program team finally decided to focus on Xiaojiangnan in the first season of the program, that is, the Generally Recognized Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui and Yangtze River Delta regions; considering the feasibility of shooting from the perspective of actual operation and epidemic prevention and control, it was decided to build a garden landscape in the shed as the main scene (discussion field). Pavilions, cornices, curved water flow these traditional Jiangnan, a realistic, condensed Jiangnan.

In the program, Sven can understand first of all "reading books", the classic texts of a dry cultural sage. Jiangnan in the program is a number of Jiangnan cities, Shaoxing, Suzhou, Shanghai, Xuancheng, Hangzhou.

The combination of characters in the show is very cross-cutting. Wang Xizhi, Wang Yangming, Lu You, Lu Xun, and Qiu Jin appear in shaoxing. The Suzhou chapter is Fan Zhongyan, Gu Yanwu, Jin Shengsi, and Tang Yin, the Shanghai chapter is Xu Guangqi, Li Shutong, Ba Jin, and Xiao Hong; the Xuancheng chapter is Xie Shuo, Li Bai, Bai Juyi, and Wen Tianxiang; and the Hangzhou chapter is Su Shi, Li Qingzhao, Yu Dafu, and Jin Yong.

"It's not surprising that they just sing and sing from generation to generation. Culture is accumulated through singing and layers of air, and Chinese culture is a long pulsating river. Xiang Yang, the chief planner of "Sven Jiangnan", interpreted the creative and "evolution" process of this show. The following is his dictation.

Jiangnan culture: wind and bone and tenderness

The first stop of "Sven Jiangnan" is "Shaoxing Wind Bone". "Gangnam has a soft side that everyone knows, and there is also a hard side."

In the show, there are Wen Tianxiang and Yue Fei in the characters, Fan Zhongyan, Gu Yanwu, Qiu Jin, and Yu Dafu, who died in the flames of the War of Resistance. But in the text, there is also the rigidity of tenderness.

For example, Qiu Jin is to Shaoxing. When we re-approach such a female hero, we can indeed see that this place in Shaoxing has a very hardcore side in Jiangnan culture. It may also be because of the so-called east Zhejiang and west Zhejiang, the culture of eastern Zhejiang, especially the area of Shaoxing is close to the sea, and the people here may have its unique style in history and culture. And Qiu Jin is a representative of modern times and a female representative in the unique Shaoxing wind bone system.

Speaking of Shaoxing, it is impossible not to talk about Lu You, and the click rate of Lu You's words on the Internet is very high, becoming a kind of Internet celebrity love text. However, many people are not familiar with Lu You's love poems, such an old man spends his life in nostalgia for a lost love, and these poems have become the top works of romance poems in the entire Song poetry.

Wang Xizhi is the source of our entire creation, that is, we want to talk about how he is a person who carries his heart in the article. One is his "Orchid Pavilion Collection" and the other is his "Oath Tomb Text". The Orchid Pavilion Collection Sequence ran to the line of calligraphy. People all over the world know that the Orchid Pavilion Collection is the best calligraphy, forgetting that it is a great text that tells the inner story.

Our theme differs from other shows in that, first, we are not trying to illustrate the beautiful words, but to pick out the forces that touch people's hearts. There are several levels of power, the highest level, which we can call the "Tao", the writer, the instrument of the path. There is indeed a kind of Power of the Tao in this text, and the power of the Tao has a kind of Dao, the Tao, or righteousness. For example, the attitude towards life and death, this is where the great righteousness lies, like Qiu Jin, like Fan Zhongyan, like Gu Yanwu, like the "great hero" who immediately entered hangzhou. This is one end. One end is big, atmospheric, righteous. There is also the other end, things that touch people's hearts, such as love, parenthood, human nature and so on.

In Xuancheng, we chose Wen Tianxiang, who is another representative of great righteousness in Chinese culture. In Xuancheng, he may have only been there for a few months, but the "Tao" in the above two parts was very well understood by Wen Tianxiang, and in the letters he wrote to his family, there were poems written to his children, and the pain of the cone of the heart better conveyed the kind of great righteousness.

The soul sings and transmits the cultural spirit

Parent-child education is also one of the themes of the program, in this creative process, I think we ourselves have received a lot of education, the original we did not touch, did not think deeply about things, after the text was selected, we also got a lot of learning. Whether it is Lu Xun or Wang Yangming, their ideas on education are really naturally in line with each other, and they are actually in line with today's educational concepts. Just take man as a natural animal to self-care and self-growth.

For example, the second stop is Suzhou, we chose two groups of people who span a lot, the traditional scholars, like Fan Zhongyun, and Gu Yanwu is a new scholar, a scholar who travels thousands of miles, which has symbolic significance. The other is a scholar in a more modern sense, and the other is the talent type, Tang Yin, Jin Shengsi, the part of the Sven wind and current.

There is a certain standard for us to choose the characters, one is the intrinsic genes between these people that we are looking for, forming a new combination. It seems that we are half pushing and half finishing it, but it does have an internal connection, in a sense the singing of the mind. Through the words of several people, to tell the story of a city, to tell the spirit of a city, in a sense, the accumulation of Chinese culture to tell the spirit, aesthetic, righteousness.

For example, taking Tang Bohu as an example, Tang Bohu, who everyone is accustomed to, is a talented person who writes beautiful poems and paints beautiful pictures. We opened him up and saw that he was a man of letters who had experienced major hardships in his life, with pain in his heart and pain in his heart. And his creation, in "Dream of the Red Chamber" has been echoed, has been carried forward, Lin Daiyu's "Funeral Flower Yin" and "Peach Blossom Line" are directly related to Tang Bohu.

The form of reading is innovative, when a single theme is read, reading around, relatively complete to understand a person, because people build an information structure between people. The base of the information structure is that there is indeed a spiritual singing and gene between them, or some kind of bipolar echo, just like Gu Yanwu and Fan Zhongyan.

Jiangnan is indeed different from the general people's impression of Jiangnan, that is, the hard side of Jiangnan and the side of the wind and clouds. This idea extends the China of the classical era, the classical Sven China, to modern China, which we originally set.

Take Shanghai, for example. The iconic one is Xu Guangqi, an authentic Shanghainese. This Shanghainese helped China introduce Western culture, Western science and technology, and scientific thinking. There is also Li Shutong, who in a sense is indeed a character who inherits from the top to the bottom, and is a compatibility figure. On the one hand, he imported musical culture from the West, but in his writing creation, he very well inherited the genes of classical poetry. Opening "Farewell", it is a very typical combination of Chinese poetry intentions, the core is traditional culture, and classical China has illuminated modern China.

In modern times, we chose Xiao Hong and Ba Jin. The city is very interesting, except for Xu Guangqi, who is an authentic Shanghainese, the other three people are foreigners, but they have become the symbol of the city's humanities. Here, Ba Jin is definitely an iconic figure, and many people who join the left-wing contingent and participate in the revolutionary contingent come into the great torrent of the Red Age with Lu Xun's works and Ba Jin's novels.

In choosing texts, we are actually faced with two choices, one is to choose the kind of article that people are familiar with, and at the same time to choose some text that some people are not aware of, and we try to deliberately choose some new, lesser-known chapters.
