Biography
Wang Anding, 43, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a second-level police inspector, and the deputy head of the criminal investigation brigade of the Linying County Public Security Bureau.
At work, he does one line, one line, one line, and one line of excellence. In the training of actual combat instructors in the province, he was rated as the province's police combat instructor; he deeply studied various criminal investigation techniques and tactics, and repeatedly introduced his experience in solving cases at internal exchange meetings; from 2018 to 2020, the team led by Wang Anding won the first place in the strike effectiveness of the Linying County Public Security Bureau for three consecutive years. In 2021, the Ministry of Public Security commended the collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the practice of "I do practical things for the masses" in public security organs across the country, and Wang Anding was commended as the only individual with outstanding achievements in the city.

On the afternoon of November 23, 2016, XiaoXiao (pseudonym), an 11-year-old girl from a village in Duqu Town, Linying County, disappeared on her way to school. After receiving the report, the Linying County Public Security Bureau quickly set up a special case team to carry out an investigation. The civilian police of the special case team watched the nearby surveillance video, printed and distributed the search notice, searched for the whereabouts of Xiao Xiao, but did not get any valuable clues, and the case was solved for a while.
"You have to find out the truth!" With such determination, Wang Anding led the police to carry out a meticulous investigation in the surrounding villages. When ma mou's house in Mazhuang Village, Taichen Town, was investigated, it was found that the door of Ma Mou's house was closed. After questioning, his neighbor said that Ma Moumou was working outside. Although this situation is very common in rural areas, years of investigation experience have allowed Wang Anding to "smell" a trace of abnormality, because Ma Moumou appeared at home at the time of the crime. According to the subsequent visit and investigation and the feedback of the video surveillance team, Wang Anding included Ma Moumou in the list of major suspects.
On November 29, 2016, Wang Anding contacted Ma Moumou in Zhengzhou, who said that he would return the next day for questioning. The next day, Ma Moumou disappeared, and his family did not know where he went.
This act made Wang Anding even more suspicious. At 11:00 on December 1, 2016, Wang Anding conducted a third search of Ma's yard. In the meantime, a detail caught Wang Anding's attention: some of the vegetables in the vegetable field in Ma Mou's yard showed signs of withering, as if they had been dug up and replanted. Subsequently, the police found the down jacket worn by Xiao Xiao when he disappeared at the crack in the cement tile of Ma Mou's bathroom. After excavation, the police found Xiaoxiao's body in the vegetable field. Ma Moumou is suspected of committing a major crime.
After basically locking the hiding area of Ma Moumou, the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Linying County Public Security Bureau organized police forces to carry out the search and arrest work in Zhengzhou. At more than 7:00 a.m. on December 11, 2016, Wang Anding and the police arrested Ma Moumou. After being arrested, Ma Moumou truthfully confessed the crime and the case was solved.
In the past 20 years since the police, Wang Anding has directly cracked 17 murder cases and participated in cracking more than 100 major and important cases of various kinds.
Courage - Charge ahead, wrestle wits and courage with gangsters
At critical junctures, Wang Anding always rushed to the front, repeatedly rubbing shoulders with the god of death.
At 3:00 a.m. on August 28, 2017, a masked man armed with a gun and a hammer stormed a gas station in Shiqiao Township, Linying County, and robbed him.
After receiving the alarm, Wang Anding led the investigators to carry out investigation work overnight. Because the criminal suspect was masked when committing the crime, and the on-site surveillance video screen was blurred, the police did not find any valuable clues, and the case was extremely difficult to detect. Wang Anding and the investigators interrogated dozens of people, but there was no result. Wang Anding did not give up, and according to the clues, decided to drive on the 107 National Highway to the south to Xiping to search carefully.
On the way back to Luohe from Xiping, Wang Anding noticed that a man walking on the side of the road seemed to deliberately not look directly at the police car after seeing the police car. Wang Anding immediately became alert and decided to interrogate this person. After half an hour of tracking, Wang Anding found that the man had walked into the grass deep in the woods, so he went forward to check. The man refused to cooperate, but instead took a croissant hammer from his handbag to resist and then fled.
The man ran out of the woods and ran to the village. On the way to escape, the man took out a pistol from his waist and brandished it to threaten the police. Wang Anding fired a warning shot, and the man became more and more rampant, and continued to run desperately after escaping from the village. At this time, Wang Anding and the investigators had already chased three or four kilometers, exhausted. Thinking that if the suspect escapes and wanders into society, it will inevitably cause social panic and the consequences are unimaginable, so Wang Anding speeded up the pursuit. When Wang Anding was about to catch up with the criminal suspect, the criminal suspect suddenly turned around and hit Wang Anding with a hammer on the head. Wang Anding tilted his head to one side, and the hammer hit Wang Anding's right arm, and the blood flowed instantly. The suspect turned around and shot again, the bullet grazing Wang Anding's head and whizzing by. The suspect continued to frantically flee forward, seeing that he was about to run to the highway for another dozen meters. At this time, Wang Anding saw the timing, rushed to the back of the criminal suspect with all his strength, controlled the arms of the criminal suspect, tripped him with his feet, and successfully pressed the criminal suspect under his body. Subsequently, the police seized a homemade pistol, 12 rounds of bullets and some stolen goods from the suspect on the spot. At this time, the blood stained Wang Anding's clothes and pants red.
After interrogation, the suspect confessed to robbing a gas station with a gun in Xinzheng and Linying. At the same time, the police cracked 3 cases of criminal suspects robbing with guns in Hebei. After the case was successfully cracked, the Provincial Public Security Department immediately sent a congratulatory telegram, and the principal leaders of the Municipal Public Security Bureau also went to the Linying County Public Security Bureau to comfort the people's policemen who participated in the war, and affirmed Wang Anding's spirit of thinking meticulously, fighting continuously, and carrying out arrest work regardless of the danger to his life. All the employees of the gas station and some of the mass representatives sent a pennant printed with the words "The people's police are brave and fearless in handling cases and quickly show their police prestige" to the Linying County Public Security Bureau.
Fight - selfless work Experience the test of life and death
Since joining the police, Wang Anding has always had endless energy and unfinished work. A few years ago, he fainted at work from overwork.
In November 2017, Wang Anding attended a seven-day national training course for key criminal investigators in Kunming. He was eager to use the results of his studies in actual combat, and rushed back to the unit after the training. After calling his family to report that he was safe, he threw himself into his work again. He worked for more than 30 hours to track down a gang of thefts. At 3:00 a.m. on November 18, 2017, when Wang Anding was looking for a suspect on a rural trail in Xuchang, he suddenly felt physical weakness, chest pain, and instant sweat. After the colleague found that Wang Anding's condition was not right, he immediately sent him to the hospital. On the way to the hospital, Wang Anding fell into a coma. After arriving at the hospital, Wang Anding was diagnosed with severe acute myocardial infarction. Medical staff immediately launched rescue. When he was pushed out of the operating room, Wang Anding heard the cries of his wife and mother, and the tears flowed out instantly. Wang Anding was treated in the intensive care unit for 8 days before being transferred to the general ward.
"Lying in the hospital bed, I thought a lot and was also afraid, afraid that I would never be able to do criminal investigation work again." Speaking of his original experience, Wang Anding said.
After resting at home for 3 months, Wang Anding went to work. Due to the severe damage to his heart, Wang Anding was physically weak and had difficulty even going up the stairs.
The leaders of the Linying County Public Security Bureau were afraid that his health would not be able to eat, so they wanted to change his job. He said: "I have been a criminal investigator since I joined the police, and I am used to it, and I can't do without it." ”
One night in March 2018, the criminal investigation brigade of the Linying County Public Security Bureau arrested a habitual criminal who had repeatedly stolen from the burglary. The suspect refused to admit it in the face of a large amount of evidence. Wang Anding ignored the doctors' and family's instructions and interrogated him overnight with the police. At 3 a.m., he suddenly turned pale and sweated. Colleagues immediately took him from the case center to the hospital for treatment. On the way to the hospital, Wang Anding also remembered the case and explained to his colleagues: "If I have any accidents this time, I must solve the case and recover the losses of the masses." ”
Since the launch of the special anti-gang crime and anti-evil operation, Wang Anding has served as the captain of the bureau's anti-gang crime and anti-evil professional team. He bravely shouldered his responsibilities and actively threw himself into the special struggle against organized crime and evil forces. After more than a year of research and investigation, in March 2020, he led a team to arrest 19 suspects in a triad-related case, seizing illegal funds and property totaling more than 20 million yuan.
Fighting the epidemic, fighting floods and emergencies, he charged ahead. At the outbreak checkpoint, he did not return home for a month. In July 2021, heavy rains struck and some parts of Linying County experienced serious water accumulation. He persuaded his friends who had cranes to transfer more than 20 flooded vehicles on the side of the road for free and wade barefoot into the water to help out for a whole day.
In the past 20 years, he has participated in the cracking of more than 600 criminal cases, arrested more than 400 suspects of various types, and recovered stolen goods and illegal gains worth a total of more than 7 million yuan. The team he led won the first place in the crackdown effectiveness of the Linying County Public Security Bureau for three consecutive years.
Over the past 20 years, Wang Anding has demonstrated with practical actions the spiritual qualities of sharing worries for the party, fulfilling responsibilities for the country, and dedicating to the people, and the spirit of the times of not forgetting the original heart and being willing to dedicate, and has practiced the Zhengzheng oath of the people's police.
