Explore the "black technology" in the green building - the Overseas Chinese Business Building held popular science research activities
How did the human house evolve? Why do people build passive buildings? What are the "magicalities" of passive architecture? What's the secret of a fun architectural experiment? With these questions, on the morning of the 12th, more than 70 young reporters from Qinhuangdao Evening News and their parents experienced a popular science tour of "green and building black technology" in the Overseas Chinese Merchant Building, and initially felt the charm of passive architecture.
In the conference room on the 3rd floor of Block A of the Overseas Chinese Business Building, the children started the journey of popular science research with excitement and excitement. As soon as they entered the event site, the first thing that caught their eyes was the promotional video, and the children were immediately attracted by the numerous science and technology exhibits, and all of them were enthusiastic. Jiang Li, the architectural designer of the design department of the Overseas Chinese Business Building, used easy-to-understand, vivid and interesting language to bring immersive experience to the young reporters. What is "three glasses and two cavities"? What is the black technology in the "fresh air system"? Through the interaction with the young reporters, Jiang Li guided the children to understand the internal aesthetics and engineering principles of the Qiaoshang Building, and perceive and comprehend the scientific knowledge of architecture, environmental protection, energy conservation and so on. While taking notes, the children raised their hands to answer Jiang Li's questions, and those who answered correctly also received exquisite gifts.
In the small experiment of popular science, Jiang Li took out a few bags of ice cream, some of which were placed on the table, and some of which were put into the thermal insulation bag of the simulated building for comparative experiments. When the results of the experiment were announced, Jiang Li invited the little reporter to act as a little notary and come forward to check the results. The young reporters enthusiastically stepped forward to experience the fun of experiments and learn the mystery of passive building insulation. In the immersive observation and practical operation, the young reporters called it "really interesting".
According to reports, the construction of "Overseas Chinese Merchant Building" adheres to the concept of green development, adopts the world's leading energy-saving design in the design and construction, applies the world's most advanced energy-saving subsystem and carries out scientific system integration, and uses green construction technologies such as dustproof and noise reduction in the construction process. Qiaoshang Building as a whole adopts passive energy-saving plus six constant systems (constant temperature, constant humidity, constant chlorine, constant clean, constant quiet, and constant intelligence) for construction. Through the application of subsystems such as high thermal insulation, sound insulation, and strong airtightness of building exterior walls, doors and windows, as well as efficient heat recovery technology, ultra-low energy consumption is finally realized, and the overall design has passed the world's most stringent German PHI ultra-low energy consumption building system certification.
