Since the beginning of this year, the plant has strengthened the special treatment of problem wells to effectively stabilize the production base of oil wells. Since the beginning of the year, the daily output of the plant has fallen below 1,200 tons due to unfavorable factors such as the acceleration of the natural decline of the reservoir, the impact of drilling on the production of old wells on the same platform and the offshore winter break. In the face of the extremely passive production situation, the plant firmly established a system concept, coordinated onshore and offshore, new and old wells, production and operation, and implemented the "three-step" strategy under the project system, and the daily oil production quickly climbed to 1,400 tons.

New well construction and production. They insisted on pre-drilling and pre-production synchronization, equal emphasis on speed and time rate, multi-system linkage, multi-professional cooperation, and promoted the implementation of new wells to make positive progress, 38 new wells were drilled in stages, 31 were put into production, 15 more were put into production than the same period last year, and 2,600 tons of oil were produced. At the same time, by increasing temporary land acquisition, adjusting equipment placement, and transferring adjacent wells to screws, the production of old wells was reduced by 23 wells, and the production loss was reduced by 1,600 tons. Ahead of the planning of offshore production, the first time to organize the platform towing, in place, the three oil wells of the Kuidong 1 well group opened 10 days ahead of the same period last year, providing strong support for the production climb.

Stable production in the old area. "By strengthening reservoir research and water injection management, we have scientifically planned the workload of 481 wells for water injection wells, and organized and implemented 76 wells in stages to stabilize the production of water injection blocks. Solidly carry out the steam injection and stable production project, promote the optimization of steam injection operation, supporting measures, and steam injection methods with one well and one policy, and highlight the contribution rate of steam injection to production. Wang Xianzheng, deputy director of the geological research institute of the plant, said. They also strengthened the evaluation of the potential of a single well and the demonstration of the plan, and implemented 58 wells in the stage of overhaul, layer adjustment, water blockage and other production measures, with a daily oil increase of 75 tons, and the beach offshore oil area through the layer adjustment to tap the potential, and the daily oil increase of a single well exceeded 20 tons. Comprehensively strengthen the daily production management of old wells, and optimize the production mode and operating parameters of 425 wells in stages according to the principle of "oil increase, precipitation, and efficiency improvement", and increase oil by 1,200 tons in stages.

Guarantee escort. The plant has strengthened the guarantee of material procurement, ground construction, vehicle services, etc., and the operation double rate has reached more than 95%. Optimize operation and management, improve quality and efficiency beyond expectations

The cost is rigidly compressed, and the workload of production measures has increased sharply. In the first quarter, the plant's operating situation was unprecedentedly stressful. With quality and efficiency improvement as the main line, they dig deep into their own potential, strengthen the cost control of the whole life cycle, highlight the integration of production and operation, deepen budget control, management efficiency and potential mining, promote the implementation of business goals, exceed profits, and complete 34% of the annual progress of quality and efficiency improvement.

Grasp budget control. They gave full play to the efficiency of investment management and positive leadership, and their non-productive expenditures were rigidly reduced by 13% compared with the same period last year. The basic operating cost of the unit is 153 yuan per ton compared with the budget, and the unit complete cost is 109 yuan per ton compared with the budget.

Strengthen management. Guided by benefit development, the plant optimizes the blending of thin oil according to the amount of liquid and wellhead temperature, and reduces the blending and stop blending of negative benefit oil wells with a water cut of 90% and a wellhead temperature of more than 70 degrees Celsius, and reduces the mixing of thin oil by more than 2,000 tons in stages. By strengthening the temperature control of non-steam injection units and reasonably controlling the casing pressure of oil wells, the purchased gas volume was reduced by 1.2 million cubic meters year-on-year, and the efficiency was 1.9 million yuan. They also carried out power-saving and precipitation measures such as inter-opening of low-efficiency wells, transferring oil from high-water-cut wells, and reinjecting pumps to avoid peak power consumption, with a total of 74,200 cubic meters of liquid control and saving 430,000 yuan in electricity costs.

The production units of the plant have achieved gas saving and cost reduction by strengthening casing gas recovery, liquid discharge and gas increase, cooling and transportation, etc. The four areas of oil production operation have successively implemented 2 wells of downhole pump drainage and gas recovery, 83 wells of periodic liquid drainage, and 17 wells of casing gas recovery from long-stop wells, with a cumulative increase of 210,000 cubic meters of gas and an increase of 334,000 yuan.

Tap potential incentives. They strictly controlled and reduced the "six foreign" expenditures, tapping potential and creating benefits of 1.96 million yuan. Strengthen the construction planning of new operation areas, implement centralized duty in blocks and flat management of organs, merge front-line bases for oil production and gathering and transportation in shrinking blocks, merge service projects with the same functions, optimize ground technological processes, and reduce the waste of resources such as office, life, and manpower.

Strengthen risk prevention and control, and the development trend is safe and stable

As the only oil and gas production unit of the oilfield company that integrates onshore and beach development, the plant has a wide distribution area of production and construction, many risk point sources, difficult control, and arduous tasks of risk identification and hidden danger management. To this end, the plant has carried out the "four" safety production rectification activities, strengthened the publicity and implementation of the "first and second level bans" of oilfield companies, and made every effort to prevent and control various risks and hidden dangers, and the overall situation of QHSE is stable and improving.

Control risks and treat hidden dangers. In view of the actual production safety prevention and control practices such as offshore resumption of production, hydrogen sulfide leakage, oil well control, and contractor supervision, the plant sorted out and improved the "Production Safety Risk List", and further clarified 20 risks and 204 control measures. Increase investment in safety production expenses and efficiently solve all kinds of key hidden dangers. Actively carry out activities such as "1+1" safety production contracting and "stressing safety and controlling risks", and the level of intrinsic safety has been further improved.

Emphasis on environmental protection and abide by the red line. In the first quarter, through the high-quality implementation of dynamic construction supervision, the factory inspected a total of 53 contractors' dynamic construction sites, reported 29 problems, scored 6 points for the safety of 8 contractors, and 1 construction worker was blacklisted and cleared out of the factory, and safely completed 2,530 risky operations, further achieving safety and improving effectiveness. Further improve the environmental protection management mechanism, systematically investigate environmental risks in the fields of drilling sites, sewage discharge, offshore platforms, etc., and check and correct 11 problems.

Pay attention to quality and strict control. They continued to deepen the "three batches" action of quality management, strengthened the quality control of the whole process, increased exposure, broadened the scope of warnings, and investigated and dealt with a total of 16 quality problems. At the same time, we strengthened the health management of employees, adopted health indicator monitoring and prompting, implemented health interventions for 1,237 people, and reduced the health indicators of 612 people, so as to further improve the level of health management.
