1, Tongtianyan is mainly based on the statues of Yangming Relic Grottoes, and is known as the first grotto in Jiangnan. Danxia landform, more natural caves, Buddha statues, inscriptions, monuments are everywhere, and several Danxia caves are also a major feature of the scenic spot, which is worth stopping and watching.
2, the hillside is not high, most of them are below 100 meters; but the scenic area is very large, there are many forks in the road, and it is neglected to manage, the signs are not clear, and most tourists are estimated to go into it like walking a maze. The two of us adults walked around 70% of the attractions in about four hours.
3. Essence recommended route: If you don't want to walk too much, don't want to climb too many mountain bags, just look at the monuments, recommend this leisure viewing route. There are many small forks in the way of this route, and the attractions that are roughly marked can be. The whole journey is about 3 kilometers, walk slowly, 3 hours is enough to suggest that according to the direction of the route recommended in this article, you can go deeper step by step and gradually reach the climax. According to the direction shown in the picture: (1) After entering the visitor center, walk 50 meters to see the "Tongtian Shengjing" archway, walk through the archway upwards, and pass through Yixin Pavilion to Forget Gui Rock. (2) After wearing the Forgotten Return Rock, go to the left, climb to the Wangjiang Pavilion, and then come down from the Wangjiang Pavilion to the direction of Xichun Pavilion, all the way around the mountain, through the Dayi Pavilion, and ascend to the top of the Buddha Pavilion. (2) After coming down from the Rebbe Pavilion, go left towards Saiyan Temple. Xiyan Temple can pass through the cave to the entrance of the Thousand Buddha Cave, the two are interconnected, it is recommended not to wear it here. (3) Xiyan Temple continues towards Jixia Pavilion and Lifo Rock. If you want to climb to the top of Jixia Pavilion after arriving at the Lifo Rock, you should climb the top along the step road and return to the original road. If you don't want to climb to the top of the Jixia Pavilion, wear the Buddha Rock and head towards the Temple of Wealth. (3) Through the Temple of Wealth, the Thousand Buddha Cave (through the cave can go to Xiyan Temple) to the reclining Buddha, be sure to pass in front of the reclining Buddha and take the main road, do not take the lake path below. (4) From reclining Buddha, along the main road, pass through Putong Pagoda, Qianyuan, Moon Spring, Cuiwei Rock, Tongtian Rock, Guangfu Temple, Dragon Tiger Rock, Yangming Xuetang, and return to ForgetFul Return Rock through Haohanpo. (3) Wear the Forgotten Return Rock again, do not go straight down, turn left, and return to the "Tongtian Shengjing" archway through the Guanxin Rock, The Fengfan Pavilion, and the Yangming Statue, and exit the scenic gate.
4, the essence of the scenic spot in the east, the west of a large forest hiking area. If you want to hike a lot and take the essence route, you can enter the West District through the cave near the Water Pavilion (see the arrow in the picture), and you can detour around the West District at will. The panoramic detour is about 12 kilometers, which takes 5 hours.
