In order to thoroughly study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important expositions on cultural and artistic work, adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Cultural Thought, display and review the latest achievements and overall image of Qingpu art creation, and gather and forge the talent team and backbone of Qingpu art creation, it is planned to hold the "Most Jiangnan" - the 6th Qingpu District Art Exhibition in September 2024.
First, the theme of the event
With the theme of "The Most Jiangnan", this art exhibition focuses on the "75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" and the "75th Anniversary of the Liberation of Qingpu" as the main line of creation, adheres to the direction of "two for" and the "double hundred" policy, presents the practice of modern Qingpu with Chinese characteristics of "high-value and the most innovative nuclear warm home in the south of the Yangtze River", focuses on and describes the earth-shaking changes that have taken place in Qingpu, and the achievements in the construction of ecological civilization, Jiangnan cultural excavation, transformation and innovation drive, and warm community construction.

Venue: Ke Art Museum (tentative)
Exhibition scale: About 80 works are planned to be exhibited in this exhibition, of which about 70 are selected by Qingpu District and 10 are invited (tentative).
4. Requirements
(1) Contents of the work
The works adhere to the people-centered creative orientation, carry forward the Chinese spirit of the new era, depict the construction and development of Qingpu, Qingpu humanities and history as the creative theme, reflect the style of Jiangnan and the cultural characteristics of Qingxi in the new era, explore a new realm of art in cooperation and innovation, and carry forward the positive energy of the new era.
(2) Scope of submission
All art creators who work and live in Qingpu can contribute.
(3) Methods of soliciting papers
1. First Letter
The deadline for the submission of the preliminary evaluation of this exhibition is from the date of this notice to May 17, 2024. Please indicate your name, the title of the work (the same as the picture), the size (height×width, cm), the detailed contact address, the contact phone number and the name of the exhibition. The submitted works and related materials are used for selection and review, the shooting must be clear and comprehensive, and the electronic submission should be made into an electronic file with an accuracy of not less than 300DPI and a file size of no more than 5M.
2. Re-evaluation
After the contestants submit their entries for preliminary review, the selected authors will be notified by the person in charge of the Secretariat by phone to deliver the original works to the address specified in the notice from May 23 to May 24, 2024.
(4) The type and size of the work
Works types: Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor painting, printmaking, sculpture, comic animation, lacquer painting, comic strip, New Year painting, comprehensive material painting, experimental science, art design, etc.
The size of the artwork is 200 cm in height x 200 cm in width and 63 cm in height and width for Chinese paintings, and 200 cm in height x 200 cm in width and not less than 50 cm in height and width for oil paintings, watercolors, gouache and prints.
(5) Exhibition selection and award setting
1. This exhibition will select 3 Best Artistic Achievement Awards, 5 Best Creation Awards, 15 Outstanding Works Awards, and about 50 selected works.
2. Adhering to the evaluation principle of "fairness, openness and impartiality", the evaluation rules, review workflow and jury rules shall be formulated by the Qingpu District Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Organizing Committee of the Qingpu District Artists Association.
(6) Author's treatment and others
1. The organizing committee will review the participating authors and works, the contributing authors should meet the conditions of the exhibition, the works should be original works, the authors need to ensure that they have all the intellectual property rights of the exhibited works, and it is strictly forbidden to use high imitation, ghostwriting, plagiarism of others, and copying their own works for the exhibition. Otherwise, any legal disputes or liabilities caused by the selected authors shall be responsible for the selection and disqualification of the exhibitors.
2. All selected works will be published in a collection, and the selected authors will receive a free copy.
3. The authors of the selected works have one of the conditions to apply for joining the Shanghai Qingpu District Artists Association.
4. The organizing committee has the right to publish and publicize the works, and all authors who submit their works to the exhibition shall be deemed to have confirmed and complied with the provisions of the call for papers.
