1. FAW-Volkswagen Co., Ltd

Effective February 25, 2022, the recall of some imported Audi A4 Avant, A4 Allroad, A5, A6 Avant, A6 Allroad, A7, A8L, Q7, Q8, S4, S5, S6, S7, S4, S4, RS4, RS5, RS5, RS6, RS7, RSQ8 vehicles manufactured between November 27, 2019 and December 21, 2020, totaling 7,407 vehicles.

2. Porsche (China) Automotive Sales Co., Ltd

With effect today, the recall will be made of a total of 2,574 imported 2021 Cayenne series vehicles manufactured between September 16, 2020 and October 31, 2020.

This recall is a re-recall of the "FAW-Volkswagen Co., Ltd. and Porsche (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. Recall Some Imported Cars" issued on May 28, 2021, and the reason for the recall is: The vehicles within the scope of this recall have not re-examined and adjusted the positioning of the rear axle suspension after performing the recall and maintenance of replacing the rear axle arm lock nut, and the possibility of deviation in the positioning of the rear axle suspension is not ruled out, which will lead to premature or uneven wear of the tires, and the adhesion of the tread and the ground will be reduced. If the tire wears to the limit, it may cause the tire to burst, which will increase the risk of vehicle collision and there is a safety hazard.

FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. and Porsche (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. will inspect and adjust the suspension positioning of the rear axle free of charge for vehicles within the scope of the recall, and in addition, check whether the tires are premature or unevenly worn due to incorrect suspension positioning, and replace them if necessary to eliminate safety hazards.

Emergency measures: If there is a deviation in the direction or the rear of the chassis of the vehicle is shaking when the vehicle is running, the user should park the vehicle to a safe position, visually check the wear of the tires, and contact the nearest authorized dealer to inspect and deal with the vehicle.
