Li Yimiao, a researcher at the Leopard Research Institute, analyzed that in recent years, the charging pile layout is unreasonable, damaged, low utilization, service is not in place and other issues have received more and more attention, in the face of the growing scale of new energy vehicles, on the one hand, to improve the charging pile operation layout system, the charging station into a number of charging piles for distributed construction; on the other hand, the construction of charging infrastructure needs to be closer to the user, according to the user's use characteristics to match the construction of charging pile groups to improve utilization.

Before the holiday, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province, together with the Department of Transportation of Jiangsu Province, the Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province, the State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power, Jiangsu Transportation Holdings, Jiangsu Electric Vehicle Service Company and other units jointly issued eight major measures to ensure the charging service of new energy vehicles on highways, such as charging strategies, comprehensive inspection and inspection, deployment of emergency power supplies, on-site stationing services, improvement of guidance signs, and establishment of operation and maintenance hotlines.

Specifically, it includes the release of the Jiangsu Expressway 2022 Spring Festival new energy vehicle charging strategy and high-speed service area charging map; during the Spring Festival, arrange special personnel on duty, conduct 24-hour monitoring and analysis of the charging station in the expressway service area through the government supervision platform and the Internet of Vehicles platform, and strengthen command and dispatch; deploy 5 mobile charging vehicles and 2 charging vehicles in the Wuxi Meicun Service Area, Taizhou Guangling Service Area, and Suzhou Yangcheng Lake Service Area with large vehicle flow and charging volume, and 2 charging vehicles are on standby to improve the emergency charging service capability According to the phenomenon of the north-south tide of Jiangsu Expressway, when the charging queue time of the unilateral service area is long, open the two-way traffic culvert, etc., and strive to alleviate the long charging queue time of new energy vehicles during important holidays such as the Spring Festival, affecting the travel experience of car owners.

It is reported that this is the first exclusive service policy launched at the provincial level specifically for the charging of new energy vehicles on holiday highways.

And not only has Jiangsu launched an exclusive policy for charging problems, Guangdong Power Grid Company has also rushed to put into production 500 new charging piles in major high-speed service areas before the Spring Festival, and the total number has exceeded 1800. At the same time, Guangdong Power Grid Electric Vehicle Service Co., Ltd. implements "overcharge + replacement", and adopts "tidal" charging guidance in the high-speed service area during the Spring Festival, that is, according to the two-way charging situation, the on-site arrangement of personnel guides the owner to charge the idle service area through the service area under the passageway, so as to effectively improve the bearing capacity of the service area and alleviate the charging tension problems such as "a pile is difficult to find" and "charging for one hour, queuing for four hours". In addition, 12 mobile trams were arranged to provide emergency power replenishment services for more than 100 new energy vehicles, which improved the power guarantee capacity of charging stations.

In recent years, with the enhancement of the awareness of environmental protection of the whole people, electric vehicles have shown an increasing trend year by year, and the demand for charging in the highway service area is growing.
