Zou Minggui, also known as Zou Yu, pen name Aming, Wuma, Wudanshan, Chengdu people. He is a national first-class artist, a visiting professor of Yunnan Ruili International Jewelry and Jade School, an academician of Beijing Fushengxuan Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a member of Sichuan Xu Beihong Zhang Daqian Art Research Institute, and a consultant of Chengdu Zhijian Poetry Society. Since childhood, he has a wide range of hobbies, especially immersed in family learning, and knows all about calligraphy, painting, photography, antiquities, and jade collections. Young students learn to paint, take nature as a teacher, and gain the source of the heart in the creation of foreign teachers. Combined with Lao Zhuang's natural Taoist concept of "heaven and earth are born with me, and all things are one with me", it strives for the artistic realm of naturalness and forgetting both things and me. Aminjun's painting styles are various, such as Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, pen painting and so on. As early as the previous dynasty, some people defined the expression of painting art as two kinds, one is realism and the other is freehand, that is, figuration and abstraction in Western expressive art. Although these two forms of expression have a lot of praise and criticism, and have long-term mutual arguments and even mutual attacks, I think that this is purely a personal artistic view and aesthetics, and the value of their arguments is not great. As far as we know, the two contemporary art masters in China, Jin Shangyi and Du Yongqiao, have changed their painting style because of the change of aesthetics, Jin Shangyi has changed from freehand to realism, and has become one of the countable masters in China because of realism. Du Yongqiao changed from realism to freehand, and became a world-class color master because of his freehand. Therefore, our focus should be on the pattern and painting language in the form of expression, (that is, the first form and the second form mentioned by Mr. Wang Guowei when talking about the art of painting), to comment and encourage and guide more creators with creative talents, so as to achieve the purpose of expanding and prospering the field of painting art.
Aminjun is an artist with both forms of expression. For many years, he has been living in seclusion in a secluded countryside, building his own colorful oriental emotional kingdom with his quiet loneliness, with his extraordinary talent, with his vast contemplation and solid skill, with the help of various painting artistic languages. Aminjun's pen drawings are all realistic. Because he increased the scale of the picture several times that of conventional pen paintings, the visual impact was particularly strong! Such as his work "Clouds Floating on the Prairie". The oncoming woman in the work, even the white horse that accompanies her, will make your proud soul and desire to be willing to be locked by that purity, by that whiteness, by that warmth and brilliance in the moment of touching the eye! Why can a painting have such a powerful conquest? I think this is not the expressive work of the painting form itself, but the result of the author's thought injection and artistic attainment! The shadow of the Jingpo girl in "Jingpo Mountain Kapok Red" makes people admire, let people worry, make people long, and long to sing a mountain song with her in the painting! Here, I want to talk in particular about the despair in the eyes of the old man of the Yi people and the ominousness of the crow's scattered shadows in "The Crow Passes Before My Eyes", and when I touch this painting, I immediately think of the years of hunger, the gaze of my grandfather before he swallowed his last breath in hunger, and my heart trembled because of it! And so torn! Trance, there was a lot of dark red of blood, and in my heart there was a boundless grief that tears could not be diluted. Perhaps, the purpose of Aminjun's creation of this painting is the same as my thoughts after calming down, that is, I hope that our motherland will become stronger quickly, I hope that our sentient beings will always be happy, and I hope that our children and grandchildren will never show such a sad look again! Aminjun's pen flowers and birds, pen scenery, are full of vigorous vitality, full of fresh greenery, full of his ubiquitous and touching feelings! Such as "Sing a pastoral song echoing in the sky", "Fang Love Bird Is Like a Green Fairy", "Kapok Blooming Season" and so on.
The pen painting genre did not start with Aminjun, but from Aminjun, the artistic life of this kind of painting will definitely be more lush in people's hearts! Aminjun's oil paintings and watercolors, contrary to the upright aesthetic orientation of pen painting, he uses the language of Western painting to show the poetic mood of the Eastern way. Thus, he lifted up his own simplicity, that simplicity, that deep and distant aesthetic point of view. In addition to using light and color dialogue to construct the picture space, which can also be said to be the space of the soul, he also likes to use the thickness of color and the charm of brushstrokes to create the most personalized features in the visual language. For example, "The Platform of Spring" records that a distant era still has a little bit of coldness and bitterness. The author uses an old train that presses across the earth to open a memory-like revelation, which allows us and our descendants to know how to cherish today and how to cherish this night! In "Spring Breeze drunken sunset", there is a harmony and warmth of nature and life, which makes people's emotions fly to the distance at a touch, fly to the border, and fly to the red tower-style Sanskrit-like building. I remember that the Ming Dynasty Dong Qichang said: "In the theory of nature's path, painting is not as good as landscape; with the subtlety of pen and ink, landscape is by no means as picturesque." This not only fully affirms the theory that art is far superior to nature, but also proposes the absolute status of pictorial language in works. From the series of works that Aminjun has created, it is not difficult for us to see that his artistic accomplishment, aesthetic taste and personality pursuit are gradually formed and perfected in decades of creative practice! In his works, those thick colors, powerful brushstrokes, changing virtual reality, cold and warm contrasts, the interlacing of surface lines and the chaotic but not chaotic combination of colors and colors all prove that Aminjun has already skillfully grasped his own Oriental painting language.
