Stressful stress, heavy exercise or dieting, resulting in rapid weight loss, long-term use of contraceptives, pituitary lesions, premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovaries, and uterine adhesions may be responsible for forcing menstruation [1].

In addition to amenorrhea, disturbances in the reproductive endocrine system can also make menstruation irregular. This change can be a cycle of more than 35 days or less than 21 days, a prolongation of menstruation to greater than 7 days or less than 3 days, or excessive or too little bleeding.
There are many causes of abnormal bleeding, but what is to be said here is "dysfunctional uterine bleeding", that is, anovulatory blood and ovulatory menstrual disorders.
The bleeding interval of the former is as little as a few days, as long as several months, and the amount of bleeding is more or less, and long-term single estrogen stimulation may cause endometrial hyperplasia and then develop into precancerous lesions, so it is necessary not only to seek medical attention, but also to stop the bleeding and establish a normal menstrual cycle with the help of a doctor [2].
Don't think that ovulating menstrual disorders don't worry about it. Inadequate luteal function can shorten the menstrual cycle, which can lead to difficulty conceiving or early miscarriage, while irregular endometrial shedding can prolong menstruation and may also lead to excessive bleeding.

The culprit of cervical lesions is HPV (human papillomavirus). Persistent infection of high-risk HPV can lead to cervical lesions and even the development of cervical cancer. However, it is not that hpv will immediately develop into cancer after infection, which requires as little as a few years or more than decades, such a long time, as long as you are a woman who pays attention to her own health and regular physical examination, you can intervene as soon as possible.
Dysmenorrhea is a major problem that plagues women, so many girls will rely on painkillers to "continue their lives" during menstruation. But if you take painkillers and still have unbearable menstrual pain, then be careful whether the uterine lining is "lost" in the stomach.
Under normal circumstances, the endometrium is only present in a woman's uterus, and whenever menstruation comes, it will form endometrial exfoliation and bleeding. Therefore, over time, diseases such as endometriosis and adenomyosis are formed.
