At that moment, the pressure that had accumulated in the hearts of the digital "sharp soldiers" team members for half a year disappeared.

Digitalization is the most powerful support to ensure that the manufacturing level, product performance, and production line construction meet the needs of customers. Hunan Magneto deeply implemented the "1+ 4" strategy of the group company, vigorously implemented the digital aerospace strategy proposed at the first strategic work conference, and innovatively introduced the "government investment and construction" business model, at the beginning of this year, 7 domestic first-class "digital factories" covering an area of 300 acres and 10 automated production lines were successfully landed. Based on this, Hunan Magneto received an "olive branch" thrown by Fisher & Paykel as an international high-end electrical brand. "It seems that this bidding is our market competition with foreign companies, rather than a digital war between two companies. To achieve mass production of high-end magnetic materials, the key is to adjust the meS system settings of the digital integrated platform, grasp the "life gate" of temperature control, and build a more intelligent "kiln brain".

Completed 7 product designs in 6 months, with an average of 1 system-level product technical solution per month...... To outperform the competition in a short period of time, each member must push his or her limits. The tight time node and the huge experience gap made the team breathless, but everyone was gritting their teeth and insisting.

Lead the way in battle

A piece of magnetic material from entering the kiln to making the kiln out, to go through 20 temperature zones. Every change in temperature and time may change the fate of this magnet. In order to accurately simulate the numerical control temperature, Zhang Tiejun led the team members down to the factory site office. The commissioning phase was in the sweltering heat, and the team members began testing at 7 o'clock every morning, testing for about ten hours a day. The temperature at the test site was as high as more than 40 degrees Celsius, everyone was sweating continuously, and the clothes they were wearing were soaked white with sweat stains.

In less than 2 months, they have done 426 developments, more than 150 interfaces, accurately verified the magnetic grain orientation large field of view detection method, with simulation design, material preparation and other projects of the system solution capabilities, and added the "intelligent temperature zone division" module to the digital integrated platform MES system.

The breakthrough of these technologies is the first in the field of global magnetic material digital, and is the basis for the mass production of high-end magnetic materials. After going online, the quality rate of magnetic materials has increased from 85% to more than 92%, and the direct benefit has exceeded 10 million yuan per year.

How to realize the full batch traceability function of the product through digital means has always been a technical problem in the field of global aviation magnetism. In general, the quality traceability of products on digital production lines can be achieved through bar codes, but it is not feasible in the field of magnetic materials. The magnetic material is forged in thousands of degrees of heat, and the bar code will be damaged.

Field installation design, circuit layout, equipment and system characteristics... Every link is finely threaded. In order to achieve automated digital tracing, the team members disassembled and assembled the samples more than 800 times, and everyone's hands were ground out of blood bubbles and cocoons.

During that time, Chen Weiren, the technical backbone of the team, pondered a sequence, often thinking while walking, sometimes touching others, and could not return to his mind for half a day. "Chen Weiren is enchanted," the colleague joked.

Finally, the team established a big data and BI analysis platform, and designed a virtual queue module in the kiln, so that virtual data was used instead of bar codes to confirm product identity, to achieve in-depth analysis of production quality, and the overall production quality achieved leapfrog development, breaking through the last difficulty of high-end magnetic mass production. At this point, the "kiln brain" was successfully settled.

Successfully equipped with the "kiln brain" digital integrated platform, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of high-end magnetic materials, breaking the technical monopoly of foreign companies in the field of high-end magnetic materials, in one fell swoop to win Fisher & Paykel's cumulative order of more than 100 million yuan, laying the foundation for the "bellwether" position in the high-end magnetic materials industry. Manual work reduced manpower by 40%, production efficiency increased by 20%, manufacturing costs decreased by 30%... Within a year, the digital integrated platform equipped with "kiln brain" will quickly drive the largest magnetic material and device intelligent industrial park in the central and western regions to form a production capacity, with a new revenue scale of more than 500 million yuan and profits and taxes of 40 million yuan. As the team members said, "In the process of digital attack, there are endless problems, and we must always maintain the spirit of 'breaking through', the momentum of 'creating', and the style of 'doing', in order to bravely climb the scientific research peak of independent innovation." On the long march to implement the digital strategy, this young digital "top soldier" team has written the unrepentant efforts of astronauts with youth and enthusiasm.
