As the focus of the Winter Olympics, the Big Snowflake Project, independently developed and designed by BOE, manufactured by Shenzhen Kangshuozhan Electronics Co., Ltd., and provides light display solutions. The parent company of Hubei Ruihua Optoelectronics, Ruifeng Optoelectronics, 1415 RGB Gold Wire Lamp, helped Kangshuozhan complete this feat.
"These pin-tip-sized lamp beads are equipped with red, green and blue primary color chips, which can be independently controlled and lit to make large-size displays..." Zou Miaobo, head of the Ruihua Optoelectronics Project, introduced that MiniLED is an LED chip size between 50 and 200 microns, which is the product of the development of small-pitch LEDs to microfilarization.
In the future, Gedian Ruihua Optoelectronics will mainly develop this technology and put it into production.
As a new generation of display technology, compared with traditional LCD technology, MiniLED combines the advantages of LCD and OLED, through a large number of smaller LED chips, to achieve more screen backlight partitions, so as to achieve higher peak brightness, better color performance, while the cost, life is better than OLED.
Mini-LED's high dynamic range imaging is more refined, lower energy consumption, more exquisite picture, with high brightness, high contrast, high saturation characteristics, and can achieve "full screen" effect, the future can be widely used in large-size display, TV and mobile phone backlight, wearable devices and other fields, for smart cities, smart homes and so on to provide visualization solutions.
"In recent years, we have mobilized the company's technical backbone to form a deep ultraviolet research team, breaking through the bottleneck of inability to produce deep ultraviolet products, and the company's product structure has been continuously optimized and its competitiveness has been continuously enhanced." Zou Miaobo said that in the future, Ruihua Optoelectronics will further increase investment in innovation, accelerate transformation and upgrading, and continue to improve endogenous power.
"In the Industrial Chain of Wuhan Optical Core Screen, the upstream is Sanan Optoelectronics in Gedian Development Zone, just across the road from our company, and the downstream is Wuhan East Lake High-tech Huaxing and Tianma, the distance is about 7 kilometers, within 15 minutes of driving, and a closed loop of the industrial chain can be realized within a very short distance."
