At the Guangdong Pavilion, a quadruped robot nicknamed "Cindy" performed an interactive performance at the entrance, showing jumping, squatting, and dancing for Zhang Hu, executive vice governor of Guangdong Province, and the audience, all of which were stable and smooth. This is a quadruped robot with independent intellectual property rights brought by CVTE, which has carried out targeted product function planning and design for quadruped robots according to two different directions: consumer and industrial. After nearly 10 years of accumulation, CVTE has a strong technical reserve in the robotics business, covering technologies such as complete machine design, autonomous navigation, AI visual recognition, IoT centralized control and equipment linkage. Up to now, the total number of robot-related patent applications has exceeded 600.
Equipped with a domestic computing chip, CVTE's consumer-grade quadruped robot shows some bionic gait and movements through motion control algorithms, which can be used as teaching aids in the education industry to teach children how to program and how to work with robots to complete tasks. At present, it has participated in the formulation of national technical colleges and artificial intelligence technology curriculum standards, and hopes that the teaching plan with robots as the carrier can bring students a new knowledge system.
The industrial-grade quadruped robot mainly provides inspection services for power grids, security and other industries. Taking advantage of the good obstacle crossing of the quadruped, the industrial-grade quadruped robot can cover the places where the wheels can't go; At the same time, AI is used to improve the stability of its gait, so that it can replace people to perform tasks in some dangerous and complex scenes.
