Among them, the number of sports and fitness jobs increased by 68.6% over last year, catering services increased by 51.2%, retail department stores increased by 37.8%, and health and beauty increased by 23.7%. The precision of epidemic prevention and control has gradually weakened the impact on consumption, and a number of measures to promote consumption have been introduced across the country before and after the Spring Festival, and offline consumption such as services and contacts has recovered, driving the demand for the above-mentioned professional talents to rise.
Finance and IT Internet are still high-paying industries
The report shows that in terms of different industries, the average recruitment salary of the fund/securities/futures/investment industry in the first week after the Spring Festival is as high as 13497 yuan / month, still ranking first in the industry, ranking second in the online game industry, and it is third and fourth in the IT service (system/data/maintenance) and computer software industry.
It is worth mentioning that in the average recruitment salary of the cities released in the 2022 Spring Festival in the first week after the Spring Festival in 2022, the average monthly salary of Chongqing is 9125 yuan.
