According to the latest report from South Korea's CXO Research Institute, in 2022, the average annual salary of Samsung Electronics executives and employees exceeded 130 million won, or about 688,000 yuan.
Compared with 2021, the average annual salary of Samsung Electronics decreased by about 8 million won (about 4.2 yuan), but it was about 10 million won (about 53,000 yuan) higher than in 2020.
In 2022, Samsung Electronics' labor cost will be about 15.8 trillion won, or about 83.58 billion yuan.
By the end of 2022, Samsung Electronics had a total of 113604 employees, with 12,957 new hires that year and 6,189 leaving, an increase of 6,768 in one year.
Among them, 2018 people joined the most in March, followed by 1962 in October, 1800 in February, and 1680 in September.
The month with the most departures was also March, with 751 departures, followed by January with 716 departures and then February with 686 departures.
