First, the premise of legitimate defense requires the existence of unlawful infringement, The relationship between Wang Qiang and Tang Li belongs to the relationship between male and female friends, and Wang Qiang's kissing of Tang Li belongs to the act of expressing love between lovers, if this is determined to be illegal, it is obviously not in line with the general cognition of the public!

Second, although Tang Li drank too much, in the face of Wang Qiang's strong kiss, it was obvious that other ways of easing could be used to resist, such as pushing Wang Qiang away, etc. Tang Li knew that biting Off Wang Qiang's tongue would cause serious consequences, and still did it, obviously there was a major negligence, even intentional.

It was also based on the above two points that the court finally found that Tang Li constituted infringement and ordered Tang Li to compensate Wang Qiang for various losses totaling 450,000 yuan.

It is worth mentioning that Tang Li's behavior is also suspected of the crime of intentional injury, which can be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than 3 years, public surveillance or criminal detention according to the provisions of article 234 of the Criminal Law. And Wang Qiang only asked for compensation from him, which was already thinking of the old feelings.
