The meeting listened to the progress report on the land preparation of the contiguous industrial space in the street, affirmed the achievements made in the preparation of the contiguous industrial land project in 2021, and encouraged all the staff to continue to work hard, overcome difficulties, and strive to achieve better results in the street land preparation work in 2022. Huang Shidong, secretary of the party working committee of the street, and Jiang Yang, deputy secretary of the party working committee and director of the office, have successively made detailed arrangements for various work such as project negotiation and contracting, rent clearance and relocation, and urged all staff to collect their hearts and concentrate their efforts and put into work efficiently, quickly and orderly.

It is understood that the Matian Street Contiguous Industrial Space Land Preparation Project is located in the community of Tutianpu and Genzhuyuan, with a total land area of about 1.301 million square meters, about 1,000 buildings, a total construction area of about 1.2 million square meters, and about 830 affiliated enterprises and shops. The project involves a wide range of enterprises, many enterprises that need to be relocated, and the problems left over from the land history are complex, and the difficulty of preparation is extremely high.

In order to successfully complete the target task of transferring 216,000 square meters of contiguous industrial land to the government in 2022, Martin Street strictly followed the work requirements of the Guangming District Committee and District Government, carefully arranged troops, quickly completed the project attack plan, and established the project preparation site command center headed by the secretary of the street party working committee and the director of the office. Through the construction of the "1 + 1 + 11 + 10" organizational structure, the temporary party branch and the on-site command headquarters office were added to the headquarters, more than 100 elite troops were dispatched to 11 functional groups, and 10 more negotiation teams were set up under the consultation and negotiation group, and the members of the party and government groups in the streets sat in command, comprehensively opening the curtain on the land preparation of the continuous industrial space.

Due to the complex situation of each area of the project, Martin Street adapts to local conditions, targets policies, learns from the successful experience of previous years, and solves the project problems in a targeted manner. Most of the residents of the bidding, auctioning and hanging plot (Fuzhuang Garden) live here for a long time, and the homeland complex is deep, and Martin Street mobilized the old party members of the community and the rights holders to pull up family routines and talk about policies, and immediately got a positive response from the 5 right holders, and clearly stated that they would cooperate in the first time to complete the signing and relocation work. In addition, Martin Street also took the community collective property as a breakthrough point, and successfully obtained the understanding and support of more than 10 enterprises through policy interpretation, analysis of pros and cons, and explanation of project compensation standards. At present, the project area has completed about 480,000 square meters of housing survey work, with a completion rate of 40%, and the ownership verification work has been completed by 15%.
