An incredible rock of the sea
Known as the "Dirty Rock," this massive 198-meter-high underwater rock is located in the Pacific Ocean, just off the coast of the Revlagido Archipelago near Mexico.
The white tip of this huge rock, which is 48 meters wide, can be seen from the sea. But beneath the surface of the water, the rocky giant body forms a thriving ecosystem with a variety of fascinating marine life such as the coral Mexican pighead fish, the Parnamik green moray eel, the yellow trumpet fish, the thorn lobster and so on.
Swiss photographer and adventurer Franco Banfi first discovered the rock on a diving trip.
