The reasons for the emergence of terrorism are complex, and the development of terrorism has naturally arisen because of the long-term instability in some countries and the long-term lack of food and clothing for the people.

The tragedy of counterterrorism in the United States tells us that counter-terrorism is true, but counter-terrorism must abide by international law, not for the sake of counter-terrorism. The false counter-terrorism of the United States will one day bear its own bitter fruit.
