Shenzhen's focus in 2021 is to promote the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor and the Shenzhen-Shantou Second Expressway. The Second Shenzhen-Shantou Expressway is built in two sections. Among them, the Jilong to Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Section starts from Ebu Town, Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone, connects with the planning of Shendong Avenue, and connects to the Shenzhen-Shanxi Expressway on the south side of the radius village of Jilong Town, Huidong County, and the Pingshan to Daya Bay section starts from the Daya Bay Area of the Huishen Coastal Expressway, and enters the Pingshan District of Shenzhen City through the north side of the Shihe Reservoir Dam in the west, and ends in Nanping Phase III.
