After retirement, the best state is peace of mind, and the owner of this case is a retired couple who intends to slow down and carefully experience life. Putting aside the busy work conditions of the past, male and female hosts choose to experience the slow life in an immersive way, and they spend most of their time at home, and improving the living environment has become the first choice.
What should the living environment of retirement be like? The first keyword that came out of the designer is "livable", in order to meet the life trajectory of the owner's most-time home activities, with "livable and convenient" as the center of the circle, "comfortable retro" as the radius of the circle design, on this basis, the designer extended the "wide range of activities", "lighting foot", "strong interactivity" and other sufficient necessary conditions.
The original apartment type has the phenomenon of "narrow and cramped", "insufficient lighting", "chaotic layout" and so on, and after many in-depth communication with the owner, the designer finally chose the overall transformation.
All the spaces were rearranged and laid out, the designers opened up the original heavy parts to increase the movable area as much as possible, the original bathroom was adjusted to an interactive kitchen that the hostess had always wanted to integrate Chinese and Western cultural elements, the master bedroom was placed in the original second bedroom position, and the best-lit C position (the original master bedroom space) was left to the guest dining room where the male and female hosts most often stayed.
The original kitchen restaurant was converted into an entrance hall and a small storage room, and the hidden cabinet body increased storage space. The architectural elements of the wall, door, and skirting board are integrated and compatible with each other, and the minimalist design of the embedded skirting board and the invisible door makes the space regular and exquisite, and also has an extended feeling
Different from the traditional top whitewashing practice, the top and wall are uniformly milky white, with French lines, and retro brass elements, which is a gentle space full of texture.
The kitchen is connected to the dining room, and the open space allows L-shaped windows to shine the deepest part of the kitchen in fine weather. The dark green kitchen background wall makes people feel happy when eating, and the pure black dining table and chairs and the lacquered piano match the dark green background wall very well, creating an elegant and calm atmosphere.
Green is the accent color of the room, and one of the walls at the head of the bed in the bedroom is painted dark green. The head of the bed is covered with soft bags of the same color, and the dark walnut cabinets blend the natural atmosphere into the space.
