Guangxi opened a new round of new energy vehicle subsidies mainly for charging/replacing electricity

A few days ago, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission and other four departments issued the "Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region New Energy Vehicle Promotion and Application Three-Year Action Financial Subsidy Implementation Rules", in order to further play the guiding role of local financial funds, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and continue to accelerate the promotion and application of local new energy vehicles.

The rules are as follows:

1. Scope of subsidies

Subsidies will be given for the following matters during the three-year action period for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles (From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023, the same below):

(1) Construction of charging facilities。 Charging facilities that are completed and put into operation within the scope of our region, provide public services to the society (including units for the exclusive use of units, the same below) and are connected to the autonomous region's electric vehicle charging service and supervision platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Eight Gui Charging" platform) will be given a one-time construction subsidy.

(2) Operation of charging facilities。 Charging facilities that have been completed and put into operation within the scope of our district, provided public services to the society (including units for the exclusive use of units, the same below) and connected to the "Eight Gui Charging" platform will be given operating subsidies on an annual basis.

(3) Construction of substations。 A one-time construction subsidy will be given to the replacement power station that is completed and put into operation within the scope of our region and connected to the "Eight Guichong" platform.

(4) Operation of substations。 The substations that are completed and put into operation within the scope of our district and connected to the "Baguichong" platform are given operating subsidies on an annual basis.

(5) The annual electricity cost of newly purchased Guangxi local real estate new energy operating vehicles。 The newly purchased Guangxi local new energy logistics operating vehicles and new energy sharing operating vehicles within the scope of our region will be subsidized by electricity costs on an annual basis. (Subsidies related to new energy buses and taxis are implemented in accordance with the special subsidy measures and are not included in this scope)

(6) Provincial electric vehicle charging service and supervision platform ("Eight Gui Charging" platform) Comprehensive operation and maintenance. Subsidies are granted on an annual basis.

(7) Power battery recycling and recycling network construction. Subsidies will be given to the recycling of power batteries on an annual basis; A one-time construction subsidy will be given to the construction of power battery recycling outlets.

2. Subsidy standards

(1) Subsidies for the construction of charging facilities。 According to the rated output power, the charging facility construction enterprises are given a one-time construction subsidy, and the subsidy standard is 150 yuan / kW for AC charging facilities and 300 yuan / kW for DC charging facilities. The power and quantity of charging facilities shall be subject to the data of the "Eight Gui Charging" platform.

(2) Subsidies for the operation of charging facilities。 According to the actual charging capacity, the operator of the charging facility is given an operating subsidy, and the subsidy standard is 0.14 yuan / kWh. AC charging facility subsidy The upper limit of electricity is 1000 kWh/kW· year; The subsidy ceiling for DC charging facilities is 1500 kWh/kW·year. The actual charging capacity of charging facilities is subject to the data of the "Eight Gui Charging" platform.

(3) Subsidies for the construction of substation replacement stations。 According to the rated charging power of the charging module of the power exchange equipment, a one-time construction subsidy is given, the subsidy standard is 1500 yuan / kW, and the upper limit of the subsidy for a single station is 400,000 yuan. The power and quantity of the substation are subject to the data of the "Eight GuiChong" platform.

(4) Subsidies for the operation of substation replacement stations。 According to the actual charging capacity, the operator will be given an operation subsidy, and the subsidy standard is 0.14 yuan / kWh. The actual charging capacity of the replacement power station is subject to the data of the "Eight Gui Charging" platform.

(5) Annual electricity subsidies for newly purchased Guangxi local real estate new energy operating vehicles。 The subsidy standard is 4000 yuan / vehicle / year.

(6) Provincial electric vehicle charging service and supervision platform ("Eight GuiChong" platform) comprehensive operation and maintenance subsidies. The annual subsidy ceiling does not exceed 1 million yuan.

(7) Power battery recycling and recycling network construction subsidies. The recycling of power storage batteries is subsidized according to the actual amount of recycling, and the subsidy standard is 20 yuan / kWh; The construction of power battery recycling outlets is subsidized according to no more than 30% of the construction cost.
