On the morning of February 8, under the orderly organization of the Mudanjiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Xi'an District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, a bus full of 60 migrant workers returning to work slowly left Mudanjiang City and headed for Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. This is the first batch of migrant workers who returned to work in Mudanjiang after the implementation of the "Spring Wind Action" in 2022.

In order to effectively solve the needs of migrant workers to return to work after the holiday and promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises, the Mudanjiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau adheres to the principle of "no relaxation in epidemic prevention and control, no delay in returning to work", and before the Spring Festival, the county (city) district human resources and social security department was organized to set up a special working group to comprehensively map and register the return of migrant workers to their hometowns, the time to return to work, the place of return to work, the willingness to work, etc., and through active docking with human resources enterprises in areas where migrant workers are more concentrated, plan to return to work services in advance, and take the form of special cars for the first time after the festival. Help migrant workers return to work safely at the wrong peak.

The 2022 "Spring Wind Action" is themed "Spring Breeze Sends Warmth, Employment Sends Truth", and the activities will last until the end of March. During the period, the Mudanjiang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will focus on migrant workers stranded in the place of employment due to the epidemic, rural laborers who are willing to transfer employment, migrant workers returning to work, and employers with employment needs as the key service targets, organize and carry out special employment services such as skills training, entrepreneurial guidance, special recruitment, and labor rights protection throughout the city, actively help migrant workers to find employment and start businesses, and support key enterprises to stay in their jobs. At the same time, we will continue to increase the intensity of work, collect the employment intentions and return of migrant workers from multiple sources, and provide "point-to-point" special car services to meet the travel needs of migrant workers after the holiday and ensure that migrant workers return to work safely and comfortably.
