Sui Jincai, the creator of "Ice Rain Beauty Pine", was born in Antu, Jilin Province, and has been curious about the blacksmithing craft passed down from generation to generation since childhood. In 1989, he graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Jilin Academy of Arts and has since embarked on the road of professional art.
