With the approval of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, the interchange section from Qixian Hub to Keyan of Hangshaotai Expressway is scheduled to be officially opened to traffic from 24:00 on February 10, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The Interchange Section from Qixian Junction to Keyan of Hangshaotai Expressway starts from Qixian Junction and ends at Keyan Interchange, and is interconnected with Sushao (Qianjiang Passage) Expressway, Hangzhou Bay Ring Line (South Line) Expressway, and Hangshaotai Expressway Keyan Interchange to Kuocang Junction Section. There are two toll stations along the line: Qixian and Jinghu. Please follow traffic signs and markings to pass by, and pay attention to traffic safety.
2. Toll charging standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Continuing to Implement the Toll Charging Policy for Toll Highway Vehicles in the Province (Zhejiang Government Office (2021) No. 77).
3. The Hangshaotai Expressway is prohibited from passing dangerous goods transport vehicles 24 hours a day, and the drivers and occupants of dangerous goods transport vehicles shall consciously abide by the provisions of this notice.
