The meeting listened to the reports of Yongping Town, the Development and Reform Bureau, and the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on the observation and preparation of key projects for resolving the problem of letters and visits, the progress of urban lighting and the use of farmers' markets. Leaders at the county level made discussions and speeches on doing a good job in the next key step.

The meeting stressed that it is necessary to further intensify the intensity of work, consolidate work responsibilities, appoint special personnel to grasp and promote it with all our might, refine and improve the work program within the scope of the policy provisions and in light of the actual needs of the masses, carry out substantive work as soon as possible, promote the solution of proper problems, and deal with deliberately provoking trouble and making unreasonable trouble according to law.
