In the spring of 2010, when the Henan Provincial Agricultural and Guangdong School held a secondary school class in the village, Wang Fei and his wife Ma Liumin seized the valuable learning opportunity and actively signed up to participate. Through learning and practicing, the system has mastered modern planting technology and management knowledge. Next, he actively responded to the call of the central government to "vigorously cultivate new professional farmers", participated in the training class of new professional farmers in a timely manner, and became the first batch of new professional farmers in the province.

In 2014, he founded Wang Fei Family Farm and Golden Sun Planting Professional Cooperative. Because the farm always adheres to a moderate scale of operation, scientifically controls the mature listing time node of melons, fruits and vegetables, the average benefit of the farm mu is more than 20,000 yuan, the highest is more than 50,000 yuan, and the annual income is more than 3 million yuan. Drive 260 poor households in the local area to develop greenhouse fruit and vegetable planting, get rid of poverty and become rich, help family farms and cooperatives inside and outside the province to plant more than 120,000 mu; cooperatives circulate more than 2,000 mu of land, radiation drives the surrounding townships to develop greenhouse vegetable planting, an area of more than 300,000 mu.
