If Germany has experienced Industry 4.0, then the development of Changhui Group has also gone through four stages.
Our company was called Xiuning Electrical Appliance Factory when my father was founded, founded in 1975, mainly engaged in the production of agricultural machinery, later the production of tractor accessories, and then later transformed into auto parts and high-end mold manufacturing development, and now integrated into the intelligent networked car and continuous innovation and development in the field of unmanned driving. At the stroke of a finger, we went from 1975 to 1990 to 1998, and then to 2009 and 2012, from the growth period to the development period, from the development period to the fast lane of development.
The business philosophy of Changhui is mainly based on six capabilities, the first is the ability of team collaboration, the second is the ability of scientific and technological innovation, the third is the ability of quality assurance, as well as the ability of cost control, product supply and customer service. We focus on two major industries, one is auto parts, the other is high-end mold manufacturing, mainly in Huangshan, Wuhu and Shanghai, and extends out of the five major plates.
Changhui started with a single product, and then did the whole car switch, and then from the car, electrical to electronic and electrical development, and now focus on intelligent networked cars, including digital Bluetooth, to achieve users with mobile phones can control the door.
Changhui's core competitiveness is the mold high-end manufacturing industry. If a company does not have mold manufacturing capabilities, its responsiveness and speed will not be able to keep up. Our molds are imported from abroad, and later including the back-end process can be completed independently, the market response speed is fast, keep pace with the times, what the market needs, we can quickly develop it to meet customer needs.
We have dedicated production lines, including more than 40 production lines in Daimler and Changan Ford in Japan. In addition to BMW, Changhui covers all domestic markets, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles and special vehicles, and our product quality system is also very complete.
Recently, Changhui was shortlisted for the ministry of industry and information technology of the state specialized new "little giant" enterprise, and also entered the national key high-tech enterprise and the national 863 application demonstration enterprise. Enterprise development to a certain extent, the industry, customers, the government will naturally give you the honor you deserve.
The key to Changhui being shortlisted as a special new "Little Giant" enterprise is that we have been taking the road of integration, modularization and systematization. Through the Shanghai EPS project, we will achieve a high degree of modular integration of Changhui automotive electronics and electrical appliances, which is rare in the global parts industry, and Changhui continues to enhance its core competitiveness in the industry.
In lao tzu's words, one life is two, two is three, and three is born of all things. Changhui has grown all the way, developed through fission to now has ten subsidiaries, creating a complete industrial chain and continuously enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the continuous development of cornerstone business, innovative business transformation and development, challenge business strategy development, opportunistic business strategic layout, and through the joint empowerment of technology, management and capital, Changhui expands the future development space.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has a "specialized new mentor cultivation project", which has been selected by the interview layer by layer, and I have the honor of being shortlisted. I have worked in Changhui for more than 20 years, from small section chief to minister, from vice president to general manager and vice president, and have always maintained the value of life that only professionals can surpass. This enterprise was founded by my father, adhering to the concept that only professionalism has transcendence, as well as the spirit of craftsmanship, three generations of the same dream, the concept requires us to constantly shape the Changhui brand and serve the global industry.
I had the privilege of attending the 21st Sino-German Conference in September 2016, and we went to three German cities to study. Overall, my three gains are: one is to learn about their history and learn their craftsmanship spirit by going into German companies; the second is to continuously learn their innovative spirit through their innovation; third, by learning the connotation of their hidden champions, we can continue to achieve the dream of Changhui.
With people-oriented, innovation-driven, technology-led, Changhui's goal is to build a first-class global procurement supplier.

From small and medium-sized enterprises to specialized new enterprises, from hidden champions to the future world-class giants, there is a development process. Listening to the development process of Changhui introduced by Mr. Wang, I have three points of experience.
First, Changhui development has a strong demand traction. In the development history of Changhui, China's automobile consumption is increasing year by year, and now it has become the world's first position in automobile production and sales, which has created the development mode of Changhui, demand traction is an important driving force for the development of Changhui, after becoming stronger, it will become a hidden champion and become a world-class parts or mold manufacturer.
Second, the development of Changhui is driven by technology. Without technology products can not be a hidden champion, demand driven, technology pull, is an important factor in the development of Changhui, without technology, it is difficult for Chinese enterprises to become a real specialized new enterprise.
Third, Changhui is a centralized product promotion. Now that new energy vehicles have ushered in the world-class threshold, Changhui, which focuses on auto parts, has greater development advantages, which is the advantage of products gathered in auto parts and molds.
Small and medium-sized enterprises, family businesses, the inheritance of founders is also very important, if there is no founder's persistent strength, it is difficult to build a company into a specialized new enterprise or even a world-class enterprise, which is the core element of enterprise growth.
