It is a fact that Huawei has suffered consecutive major setbacks in recent years. Due to the continuous suppression of Huawei by the United States, Huawei's 5G has lost a lot of orders overseas; and the mobile phone business has been unable to launch 5G mobile phones because it cannot get 5G chips. However, Huawei's continuous dividends for two consecutive years after being suppressed by the United States are not low, indicating that Huawei has survived. Huawei's largest shareholder is the Huawei Staff Congress, which holds 99% of the shares, and the current more than 120,000 partners share Huawei's equity. In addition to the fact that these shareholders cannot vote, sell, or own shares, shareholders can enjoy dividends and profits from the appreciation of shares. Moreover, the net profit earned each year is almost 100% distributed to shareholders.

In fact, Huawei's annual dividend makes employee shareholding very important, not a decoration. If you don't hold the shares, you won't get the money for the dividend. Huawei's treatment is indeed amazingly high. Huawei's salary is mainly divided into four parts: salary + bonus + TUP distribution + virtual stock dividend. Previous information shows that in 2019, Huawei's average annual salary was 780,000 yuan, and 180,000 employees paid more than 140 billion yuan in salaries, bonuses and benefits.
